Three. The Ten Challenge; Ten Stories in Ten Hours.

In the autumn, set at a sporting event. A character is in the middle of a legal dispute.

The fall leaves whipped around the blustery stands, making the quidditch players pitch slightly with each gust. The scores where quite low, both because of the good keepers and the atrocious weather.

She sat down and turned her head to Harry and Ginny who were both sweeping through the wind, although going in different directions.

The rain started to rain, drop by drop like whispers from the heaven. She reached into her bag and pulled out her umbrella, opening it up over her head.

"Granger?" a voice came.

She turned and was met by grey eyes and platinum blonde hair, "Malfoy?"

"Care to share your umbrella?" he asked.

She shrugged and moved closer to him, the heat from his thigh making something in her lower stomach wrench.

"Where's Weaselbee?"

"Huh?" he asked.

"We're getting a divorce," she said softly as he noticed her empty ring finger.

"Since when?"

"Since yesterday."

And so the awkward silence continued.

"I'm sorry," he said softly.

She sniffed, barely keeping the tears at bay, "Don't worry about it."

Then his pale, spindly hand grasped hers, and everything was okay. Everything seemed right, for a moment. And just like the leaves, the bright and colourful fiery leaves, she fell. Just like the rain, she was falling.

Go on, flame me. I dare you.
