"Why didn't you tell me that the first time we met?" God he was mad at her.
"I just don't want to bother you, that's all." Marietta answered hoping that her boyfriend's, Kevin, anger will soothe down. But she got it all wrong. Kevin held her tight that she had a hard time in breathing.
"You expect me not to be bothered when you're this close to death? Marietta how could you?" he was crying now. He let go off her and she stared at the open sea. Her tears now hitting the sand.
"You don't know how much I love you" she said still not looking at him. But Kevin stared into her eyes. Tears were running madly down on her face. Kevin saw the hardships she had gone through the past years. He can't loose her. Not right now.
"I don't know if I cant live my life without you." He said, not crying, but sobbing.
"Of course you can. You lived without me for the past thirteen years."
"Yeah but I've been dating you for about for years. You can't expect to just accept the fact that you're going to die!"
