I don't own Acording To Jim

Jim was having a good time teasing Cheryl about the 'feelings conversation' after she cheated at handball. He didn't notice that she practically in tears until they started pouring from her eyes. Instantly his tone changed.

"Cheryl," he asked, "what's wrong? Why are you getting so upset?"

She was crying so hard she could hardly breathe.

"Honey, come on. I was joking around. I never meant to make you cry"

"Jim don't you get it," she asked, "I try so hard to keep myself together.

"I just don't like to be a loser"

"A loser? Cheryl look at you. You're beautiful both on the outside and on the inside. You're the smartest woman I ever met.

"You take care of the girls. You take care of me. You meet every challenge head on without any trepidation. Cheryl you have never been a loser and you don't need some stupid game or some stupid party to prove it"

"You really mean that," she sniffled.

"Of course I do," he assured her, "I really mean it from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes"

"So…"

"You don't need anything to prove that you're a winner," Jim told her, "Just look in the mirror."
