The crew was back from a long con that had gone all ways except right. They were tired, they were pissed, but they were glad to be together.

"Finally!" cheered Parker
"Good to be home." exclaimed Hardison
"Glad that's over with!" added Eliot while walking into HQ

Nate and Sophie stayed outside. They were still in disbelief they got away.
"That was way too close for comfort." said Nate.

"You really had me worried, you know. I thou-" -she stopped to clear her voice – "I thought I had lost you, I mean, really lost you." Sophie said piercing his soul with her preoccupied stare.

"You don't have to worry about losing me. Sophie, I promise I will always be there for you, whether you want me or not."

"That's just it Nate, I want to believe you. I really do, but you don't even know my name!" The grifter replied as tears fell from her eyes.

The sound of anguish in her voice broke Nate's heart. "I don't need to know your birth name; to me you are Sophie. Now I'm not saying that that's what defines you, because everyone knows that you are more than that, you are way more than a name; but for argument sake you may be nameless or have the weirdest name out there and I will always... love you."

A slight gasp was the only sound heard from the grifter.

"You want to know what the worst thing was for me in this messed up job." said Nathan. Leaving no room for an answer he continued "It was the thought of being away from you for so long. It was the torture of the fact that I might never see you again. It was-" his voice failed him as the tears cascaded on his face.

Sophie leaned in and gave him a passionate kiss. He stepped back said "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry... for everything." and continued the long kiss.

From upstairs peeking through the windows were the thief, the hacker and the hitter.

"It's about time!" Eliot said as they witnessed the kiss.
"Looks like mamma bear and papa bear finally made up." pointed out Hardison with a smile on his face.
"Really?" asked Parker. The guys looked at her wondering if she was witnessing the same thing as them. "I mean if that's really how a mother and a father are?" explained the young woman. "Well if you mean over protective and a little over bearing sometimes then yes, that's how parents are." replied the love struck hacker. "Yes." confirmed Eliot.

"Oh, good." she whispered letting out the biggest smile.

"Looks like we have an audience" said the grifter. The mastermind looked up, witnessed the event and said "Looks like we have a happy audience."
