E/O challenge: Opening Line

100 words exactly - so it's gone midnight here in the UK but I finally caught up with the drabble challenges (phew at last)

Get out of that Dean Winchester!

The first one was intense, the second knocked him off his feet. Frantically Dean covered his ears, desperate to protect himself from the deafening blast.

Gradually the noise abated. He raised his head, keen to establish the extent of the damage the explosion had caused.

He soon realized his worst fears; the entrance to the mine had been completely blocked.

Fucking loggers, he'd told them to wait. But they'd not listened, fear of the unknown blocking out all rational thoughts.

Now he was trapped. Alone in an abandoned mine, an angry Wendigo close by.

"Better hurry little brother," he murmured.
