"Hey Rosie," He smiled at her and she laughed.

"What are you doing here?"

"Rose, it's our last night, we've got to enjoy it!" Rose rolled her eyes. Was this really what she'd been pulled out of her nice, warm bed for? For her boyfriend, who was hanging around the portrait hole to Gryffindor tower.

"Scorp…it's one in the morning."

"I couldn't sleep. Rosie, the train's leaving tomorrow, what are we going to do after that?"

"I don't know, get a job?"

"It's our last night at Hogwarts, N.E.W.T's are over, let's celebrate!"

"Well what did you have in mind?" His eyes lit up and he grabbed her hand. "Where are we going?" She cried, but she wasn't annoyed anymore, she was laughing. He turned his head to her and saw how happy she looked, not just in her smile, but in her eyes, they were positively glowing. The bluest they'd even been, like the sea. "The Astronomy Tower, really?" She said when she realized where he was headed.

"Yeah, why not? We don't want to be bothered, do we?" Rose just chuckled again.

When they finally reached the top of the stairs he began to dance. "Scorp, what are you doing?" He spun her into a circle and then pulled her closer.

"Just enjoy it, baby. Last chance." They swayed back and forth, and while Rose couldn't stop looking down at her feet and blushing, Scorpius couldn't keep his eyes off her. He was staring at her with a transfixed expression because he needed her. She was everything to him.

"Full moon tonight," she whispered and pointed at the bright, whole moon.

"Lucky there's no werewolves here this year."

"Yeah," she agreed.

"You know, Rosie, I kind of think it looks a bit like cheese." She burst out laughing, and looked up at him, grinning. He just shrugged and kept swaying. "You look beautiful tonight."

"I have bags under my eyes, and I'm wearing sweatpants."

"Absolutely beautiful." He continued what he was saying as if she hadn't spoken at all. "Rosie, are you crying?" It was just then that he noticed the soft tears brimming her eyes.

"N-no," She stuttered, laying her head on her chest. "It's just, I'm going to miss you so much! You're the perfect boyfriend!" He lifted up his thumb and wiped a tear from her cheek.

"We'll stay together, Rosie, I promise." He began humming her favorite tune. They were still dancing, and it fit the mood perfectly. "And if we don't, you'll always remember me, right?"

"Of course."

"Your first love?"

"The most amazing first love any girl could ever have. I'll never forget you, Scorpius Malfoy."

"Let's just forget about the future for now, Rose. It's the last night of a really amazing journey with you, and I want to remember it happy. No depressing feelings on the very last night to bring down the entire memory of the relationship," he said, then spun her in a circle, and dipped her until she was looking up at the stars.
