"Sugar Daddy what are you doing here?" Mary Cherry asked.

"Proving Harrison isn't the father" Brooke said with a big smile.

"What?" Harrison asked confused.

"Looks like my man here messed with the DNA results" Sugar announced.

"I did not. I don't know why everyone keeps saying that" Harrison said annoyed.

"Just admit it Harrison. You know you messed with it" Brooke argued.

"I did no such thing"

"Yes you did" Sam pinched the bridge of her nose while she sat back and listened to Brooke and Harrison argue back in fourth for what seemed like an eternity.

"ENOUGH! There will be some order in my courtroom" Mary Cherry yelled. Everyone stood quite. "Sugar?" Sugar Daddy looked up and Mary Cherry. "So are you saying Joe...I mean Harrison here isn't the father?"

"Then who is?"

"Well..." Sugar began.

"Sugar are you the father?" Mary Cherry asked.

"What?" Harrison yelled as he practically jumped out of his chair. "You got to be kidding me. Of all the guys in the world you girls asked Sugar Daddy to be your donor?"

"And what's the problem with that?" Sugar said as he folded his arms across his chest.

"Nothing. It's just...I was your best friend Sam" Harrison said as he looked over at Sam. "Wasn't I?"

"You were" Sam answered him.

"Then why would you asked Sugar before you would ask me? I should of been the one you both came too."

"It's complicated" Sam answered.

"How so?" Harrison's words were full of anger. Sam was about to say something when Brooke interrupted.

"You don't have to answer him Sam. We don't owe him any explanations"

"You stay out of this" Harrison hissed and Brooke.

"Excuse me?" Brooke snapped back.

"I was talking to Sam so just sit your behind back down and leave your two cents out of this"

"You know what you stupid little...

"Brooke!" Sam yelled. Brooke looked back at her. "Don't" Brooke rolled her eyes and sat back down. "Harrison we both had our reasons as to why we didn't ask you"

"And they were?"

"I'm not going to get into it with you here"

"No tell him Sam. He's begging for it" Brooke said. Sam shot her a dirty look.

"I want to know Sam" Sam shook her head no.

"I hate you. I hate you both. I'm glad I slept with Brooke and destroyed your relationship. If I could go back in time I would do it all over again" Sam raced over to Harrison and slapped him hard across the face. Tears rolled down her eyes and she just stared at Harrison.

"Sam..." Harrison began knowing what he said was wrong.

"Save it!" Sam walked back to Brooke and sat down next to her.

"Enough! I've had it with all of you" Mary Cherry yelled. "Can we please get back to business here? Now Sugar are you or are you not the father?"

"I'm not"

"The how do you know Harrison isn't the father?"

"Because I am" A voice said from the back of the courtroom. "Sorry I'm late"

"You got to be kidding" Harrison yelled.

"I have my DNA test here and I brought someone else just in case that's not enough"

"Hi" A women appeared from behind the doorway.

"Stacey?" Harrison said confused.

"Hi babe please don't be mad"

"I told you your girlfriend messed with the results" Brooke said. Harrison looked at Brooke and then back at Stacey.

"Is this true?"

"Can we talk in private?" Stacey asked a bit shyly.

"No anything you have to say you can say here. I want all this on the record" Brooke demanded.

"Brooke just let them talk" Sam added.

"Brooke I know we don't know each other but please I need to talk to Harrison privately" Stacey pleaded.

"Fine" Brooke said as she through her hands up in the air in frustration.

"Mary Cherry can we get a recess or something?" Harrison asked.

"Sure Joe. Court will begin again in 15 minutes" Stacey pulled Harrison outside the courtroom and sat him down.

"Just know that I love you"

"What did you do?" Harrison said not to happy.

"I know Hope means the world to you and when you called me that day when Brooke asked you to take a DNA test I know you were hurt. I couldn't see you hurt anymore so when the test came back and I saw that you weren't the father I...I...fixed it so that you were" Stacey confessed as she dropped her head.

"You did what?"

"I'm so sorry Harrison. I didn't think you would try and get full custody of Hope. I just figured you would prove to Brooke that you were the father and she would have no choice but let you see her more"

"I can't believe you would do that. I'm going to look like an idiot in there. I'm fighting for a child that's not even mine"

"But she is yours. You've been there since she was born"

"But you messed with the results. I look like the bad guy"

"I know. Please Harrison you have to know how much I'm sorry"

"I'm so mad at you right now" The two sat in silence until Harrison spoke up again. "So... she's really not mine?" Stacey shook her head no.

(back in the courtroom)

"What took you so long?" Brooke asked.

"I'm sorry traffic was horrible that's why I called Sugar. Told him to get to the courthouse and stall"

"Yo, Josh I'm glad you came when you did. Things were getting pretty crazy in here" Sugar added. "You should seen the slap Sam gave Harrison. That's definitely going to leave mark for a while."

"Where is Sam?" Josh asked. The three looked around until Brooke spotted Sam in the far corner of the courtroom. Brooke walked over to her and sat down.

"You okay?" Brooke asked.

"Josh is the father?" Sam said softly.

"Yeah" Brooke said with a smile. "Told you she was ours"

"I...she..." Brooke's smile faded.

"You're happy about it right? I mean I always knew she was ours but you're...you're happy right?" Brooke asked a little worried.

"It's just...wow. Like I knew there was a possibility of her being mine but everything keep screaming she was Harrison's. But she's not. She's mine...ours" Sam intertwined their fingers. "I love you" Brooke smile grew wide.

"I love you too"

"What are we going to do about Harrison?" Sam asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Common Brooke we can't just cut him out of her life. She loves him and he loves her"

"Oh well" Brooke said as she shrugged her shoulders.

"Brooke you can't do that to her" Brooke sighed.

"I know but she's ours. That's our family. I don't want to share her with anyone but you. But I get your point, I do"

Just then Harrison walked back into the courtroom alone. He didn't make eye contact with anyone he just sat down and look straight forward. A couple seconds later Mary Cherry walked back in.

"Okay court is now back in session" Mary Cherry announced.

"Mary Cherry I would like to drop the case" Harrison said.

"You don't want custody?"

"I'm not the father. Josh is so I would like to close this case"

"Very well. Josh as the rightful father do you want custody?"

"Oh no. I signed my rights away to Sam and Brooke the minute I started helping them out. That's their kid not mine"

"Very well. This case is dismissed" Harrison jumped up and raced out the door. Sam quickly took off and followed.

"Harrison" Sam yelled. He stopped and turned around. "I'm sorry"

"No I'm sorry. I was a jerk in there. I said things I shouldn't have"

"We all did and said something's that we shouldn't have but...putting that all aside Brooke and I still want you to be a part of Hope's life"

"Okay maybe not Brooke but I do" Sam said with a smile. Harrison smiled back.

"Can you please tell me why you didn't pick me to help you guys out though?"

"Please Sam"

"Alright, Brooke and I... we wanted someone that wouldn't want to be a part of the baby's life. We wanted to start a family together and didn't want to share our baby with anyone else. We knew that if we had asked you, you would have wanted to be there every step of the way which isn't a bad thing but it wouldn't have of felt like our family you know?"

"I know"

"But that fairytale didn't happen and everything is different. Hope loves you and thinks of you as her dad and neither I nor Brooke wants to take that away from her. So please don't walk away from her. Be a part of her life. She doesn't know any other dad but you"

"I gotta go Sam" Harrison began to walk away.

"Harrison" Sam pleaded. "Don't do this. You'll regret it. Don't walk away from her. It will be the biggest mistake of your life. Trust me on this."

"Bye Sam"

"Ma I can't find my shoes" Sam came around the corner to see Hope searching all around her room.

"Did you look in your closet?"

"Then I don't know. Ask your mother"

"MOM" Hope yelled.

"What?" Brooke said as she stood next to Sam by Hope's room.

"I can't find my shoes"

"Hope you gotta be at the school in 15mins how can you not find your shoes?"

"I don't know, they were here and now they're gone" Hope raced out of the room checking the rest of the house. Brooke stayed and looked around the room until she spotted the shoes neatly placed next to white robe. She looked over at Sam who just laughed.

"Hope" Hope came running into the room.

"Did you find them?" Brooke pointed to the shoes.

"Oh right. Thanks Mom"

"Well you better get a move on you don't want to be late for your own graduation" Sam said.

"I know Ma, I know"

"Okay honey we will see you there" Brooke kissed Hope on her cheek while Sam hugged her and the two left the room.

(on the graduation stage)

"I would like to now present to you your valedictorian Ms. Hope McQueen"

"Please tell me again why we never changed her last name?" Sam whispered to Brooke.

"And what is wrong with her last name" Brooke questioned.

"Oh nothing" Sam said with a smile. Brooke smiled back and shook her head.

"Principal Krupps, Faculty members, family, friends and fellow graduates, today is a day to be thankful and to be inspired. First we have much to be thankful for. Here at Kennedy High School we have received a great education thanks to our fine administration and teachers. We are prepared to move on and to take on whatever challenges come next in our lives. Fellow graduates, I want you to know what a great gift being as prepared as we are is because that cannot be said for all schools. Here we have had a high degree of academic excellence and whether you intend to continue your education or not, you will benefit from what you learned here. We can also be thankful for our families. These past four years have presented us with a lot of ups and downs and it is good to know that we had our families in our corner, supporting us along the way. I want to say thank you to both my mothers and to my father. I would not be here today without them. They have been the best parents anyone could ask for. I hope I continue to make them proud. Finally, we can be thankful for each other. The friendships that we have made here will last a lifetime and in the same way we have helped each other to, in some ways survive these 4 years here and in other ways succeed in these years at Kennedy, I hope we will continue to be there for each other and to support each other in future endeavors. Thank you" Hope walked off the stage.

"Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you your graduating class" Principal Krupps said.

"Mom" Hope yelled as she raced into Brooke's arms.

"I'm so proud of you. Your speech..."

"Made your mom cry" Sam said. Brooke nudged her.

"Heck it even made me cry" Hope turned around to see a smiling Harrison.

"Hey babe" Hope hugged Harrison.

"You came"

"Of course I wouldn't miss my babies graduation for the world"

"Hi Hope"

"Stacey you came too" Hope said as she gave Stacey a hug.

"Of course, I couldn't miss your graduation kid"

"Now that you're all here don't leave okay I have something I want to tell you" Hope raced off leaving the four adults alone together.

"Ladies" Harrison said.

"Harrison" Brooke said. "Babe I'll be right back I'm gonna go get something from the car" Brooke told Sam who nodded and watched Brooke walk away.

"She still hates me"

"She doesn't hate you" Sam smiled.

"No she hates him" Stacey added and the three laughed.

"I'm glad you're here Harrison and you too Stacey" Sam placed her hand on Harrison's shoulder. "I'm really happy that you stuck around and can share all this with us"

"I'm glad I did too. But Brooke...I think she'd be happy if I never came around ever again." Harrison said with a smile.

"I'm working on her"

"It's been 14 years now Sam"

"I'm working on it" The two laughed.

"Ummm... Sam? Harrison" Stacey said.

"Yeah" Sam and Harrison said together.

"Who's that boy Hope is holding hands with?"

"What?" Sam and Harrison turned around and sure enough there was Hope hand in hand with an unknown boy.

"Mom, dad I want you to meet James. James Jullian" Both Harrison and Sam looked at each other.

"Jullian?" Sam asked.

"No" Harrison said.

"What's the big deal?" Stacey asked.

"What's going on? What did I miss?" Brooke asked as she walked back to the group.

"Mom this is James. James Jullian"

"WHAT?" And just like that Brooke passed out.

"Did I do something wrong?" James asked.

"I so didn't sign up for this" Harrison said.

"And you think I did?" Sam replied.

"I'm so confused" Stacey added.

"What? What did I say?" Hope asked. Sam shook her head.

"Help me get Brooke to the car Harrison. And you young lady I want you home in an hour without James. James it was nice to meet you but I need to have a long..."

"Very long" Harrison added.

"Talk with Hope" Sam finished.

"But there's this party"

"We need to talk first"

"Ugh fine" Hope walked away with James while Sam and Harrison carried a passed out Brooke to the car.

"She's going to really flip out when she gets home" Sam said as she closed the car door.

"And somehow she will make all this my fault"

"I still don't know what's going on"

"I'll tell you later honey" Harrison said.

"See aren't you glad you stuck around Harrison" Sam said as she padded Harrison on the back.

"Yeah real glad" Harrison said as they both smiled.
