Will entered the choir room. Rachel was there. He looked away from her.

"Okay. I have to let her down gently. I don't want another episode like the last time," Will thought.

All of a sudden, he heard a loud crash come from behind him. It sounded as though a body had hit the hardwood floor. Will spun round as was horrified by what he saw. Rachel was laying face up on the floor. She wasn't moving, and what was worse was that she didn't appear to be breathing either.

"Rachel!" He shouted out rushing over to her.

He knelt down beside her, and immediately put an ear to her chest. He detected a heartbeat, but then why wasn't she breathing? Will was starting to become very concerned. Fortunately, teachers had to learn CPR.

Will tilted her head back, pinched the bridge of her nose, and lowered his mouth to hers. He proceeded to give her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. He followed that up by checking her vitals again. Then, He went to give her mouth-to-mouth once more. As he was doing so, he noticed her eyes open up and stare back at him. She had a huge, smile on her face that could only be the result of a plan coming together.

"Do you have any idea how worried I was about you?" Will asked.

He noticed her eyes had a certain gleam to them.

" So you do care about me!" Rachel smiled.

"Yes," Wait, time to retrace his steps. "No,". He really hated what she's trying to get him to say here. "Was this really necessary?" he asked.

"Yes. I wanted to see if you cared about me. It sure took you long enough. I don't know how much longer I could have held my breath before I became unconscious for real," Rachel stated.

His eyes narrowed at her. That would explain why she wasn't breathing when he found her.

"So all this was an act?" Will asked incredulously.

"Basically, yes. I got the answer I was looking for," She said.

"Yeah? What was that?" He asked.

"You really do have feelings for me." Rachel added.

"No Rachel, I don't. I only helped you out because your my student and It's nature for me to help people," Will laughed.

"It's okay though. I get it. You were concerned that something had happened to me," Rachel smiled.

Will rose to his feet and gave Rachel a hand up. He looked at her and began to laugh. He did care about her, but he could never tell her.
