Emily Reid sat on the couch, cuddled up to Spencer, his hand rubbing lazy circles on her stomach.

They were surrounded by silence; not awkward but a peaceful silence as they watched 'Get Smart', but neither was paying attention to the movie. Reid looked over his wife, dressed lazily in one of his old shirts, and not much else, her heir pulled back into loose ponytail. She was positively glowing, even though he knew that was far from possible. There was no way for a woman to be…Oh never mind.

Emily was in her third month, but the morning sickness had nearly worn off, only occurring every few days, and her mood swings were very few. Thankfully, Spencer thought with a smile. He didn't want a repeat of the Mall incident.

"I love you, Em." He said into her hair and she smiled.

"I love you too."

"You realise we have to pick a name for our baby eventually." Reid said after a few moments and Emily looked up at him with her eyebrow raised.

"Honey, we don't even know the sex yet." She laughed. "We can't go picking out names if we aren't sure whether it is a girl or a boy."

Spencer nuzzled her cheek, kissing her lightly. "I think it is going to be a girl." He whispered.

Emily smiled.

"Well in that case, I think it is going to be a boy."

"You're on." Reid said, sliding his arm from around her, and he searched the couch next to him for the remote. It was buried deep within the couch and after retrieving it; he turned the TV off, and sat back down with his wife, noticing she now had a bag in her lap.

"What's this?" He asked

"Baby name books I bought from the book store while we were in Louisiana."

He laughed, glancing at her curiously. "You are one sneaky woman."

Emily Poked her tongue out to him, taking the books from the bag, and she handed one to Spencer, as she flicked through one herself, eyes skimming over the names.

"Oh, how about Ethel?" Her husband asked after some silence, and Emily looked up, a sour look on her face.

"Ethel? You have to be joking."

Spencer laughed then, going back to his book.

"Of course I am."

She glared at him jokingly for a moment.

"Oh, how about Nicky?"

Emily thought about that for a second then shrugged. "Put it on the list"

"Andrea?"

"Kirsten?"

"Paget?"

The list grew and grew, with only a couple of names taking to Emily's liking. Then they were onto the boy's names list.

"Hmm, Jo?" Reid suggested.

"Matthew?"

"Thomas?"

"Shemar?"

"Mandy?"

It seemed that picking a boys name was harder then picking girls.

"I like Matthew," Emily said absentmindedly, resting the book in her lap, her arms going around Spencer.

"Mmm, me too." He kissed her gently, before noticing that her breathing had changed and she had fallen asleep in his arms.

He smiled; ditching the books and he carried her up the stairs to bed.
