"You have no idea what you're doing do you?"
"I'm giving it my best shot Ianto."
"Well you need to try harder! How difficult is it to work a coffee machine, with instructions?"
"Very difficult, obviously."
Ianto laughed as he watched Jack struggle with the levers and buttons of his old coffee machine.
"Please help me!" whined Jack, looking at Ianto over his shoulder, eyes pleading for guidance and support.
"Go read the instructions again. I'll sort this mess out, so you can try again. It's only one cup of coffee. It's not as complicated as you're making it."
"Why can't you continue to make me coffee?"
"Because I make coffee at home. You want me to go out more, on field missions, continue to organise the Archives, clean up after everyone, man the tourist office, and feed the animals. The least you could do is help me by making your own coffee every once in a while."
"Alright. I'll read it again, but can I get a cup while I do?"
Ianto rolled his eyes and nudged Jack out of his way. Handing Jack the small, multi-lingual square of paper, Ianto ushered Jack away from the small kitchen.
