This was written a while ago, and I finally got around to editing it.

Jake looked at Callie one fine day, feeling a light blush spread across his face. For some reason or another, she seemed more beautiful than ever. His heart was hammering now in his chest, in a way that almost felt unreal to him as he watched the blonde walking over towards him. His heart stopped when she was just a few feet away from him.

"Jake…I've never noticed how attractive you are~" Callie said, walking past him and over to her car and leaning on it.

"My looks are like your beauty, they come naturally" Jake muttered in response after thinking of something flattering to say, his heart finally beginning to beat again, but much faster then he would have liked it, causing him to become a little dizzy.

"Flattery will get you everywhere" Callie giggled, suddenly inching closer to him.

"Oh baby, anywhere?" He asked, sliding closer to her lips.

"Anywhere." She said, moving the last centimeter for a kiss.

"JAKE, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?" Chance's voice broke through the fantasy like a steal knife, his tone being a mix of uncomfortably awkward and confused.

Jake jumped at the sudden sound of his friend's voice, suddenly shaking off whatever was left of his fantasy fog and sitting up as straight as he could. He was back in the garage, sitting on the couch, with a mop just a few feet away from him. His heart was hammering like it had been in the fantasy, but this was because of the sudden scream that had scared the living crap out of him and he was still trying to recover from it.

"What does it look like?" Jake asked, horribly aggravated and somewhat confused himself as he attempted to calm down his heart beat a little.

"Well, from this angle it looks like you've been trying to make out with the mop for the past five minutes." Chance admitted, smirking suddenly and inwardly wishing that he had taken a picture. "Is that what you were trying to do?"

"W-wha-" Jake didn't have time to ask, as the Swat Kat's intercom began to ring.

Jumping off of the couch, he rushed over to answer it, leaving Chance alone to laugh at his friend's earlier actions. Ignoring Chance's earlier comments, Jake rushed over to the com and hit the button quickly, his heart finally back to its regular beating, but soon spiking when he heard Callie's voice.

"Swat Kats?" She asked, not sounding like she was in any danger or distress what so ever.

"Yes, Miss. Briggs?" Jake answered as Razor quickly.

"Razor, just the Swat Kat I was looking for." If he had listened carefully, Jake would have sworn he heard the female sigh in relief, but he didn't.

"What is it, Miss Brings?" Razor asked, frowning softly at her tone, but it was more so a confused frown.

"I have something I want to talk to you about."

Razor and Callie were standing alone in the major's office not even five minutes after the call had been dropped and Jake had changed into his costume and assumed his role as Razor. Since the call from earlier had been for Razor alone, he had come by himself. What it was over, he was about to find out.

Looking up at Miss. Briggs now, he noted the way she nervously messed with the hem of her skirt before slowly looking up at Razor. Taking a deep breath, she seemed ready to finally say what she was thinking about, and leaned back against the mayor's desk to say it. Since the action was so similar to her actions in Razor's earlier fantasy, he began to wonder if maybe, just maybe, that had been what she wanted to talk about... Maybe.

"So, Razor…' Callie began, batting her long eyelashes.

"So…" Razor muttered, blushing from Callie's presence alone and quickly letting his gaze drop to the floor.

"Um, I never noticed how…Cute you are" She said in a soft and sudden voice, sounding a bit like a teenage kat with a schoolyard crush.

"You've always been beautiful to me." Razor admitted, gliding closer to Callie, but not to close.

"You really know how to flatter a girl." Callie replied with the same "move in closer" idea as Razor, only being a little daring than the other and moving so their fingers could brush.

"God, dija vu..." Razor thought, wondering for a moment if this was really going on or not.

Before he knew it, he was right next to Callie's lips, and just like before, he felt the heat rising into his face. Callie moved forward suddenly after that, locking their lips together finally. It didn't last long, however, as Razor moved back quickly and looked at her in amazement.

"I'm not kissing a mop again, am I?' He asked suddenly, his eyes going a little wide.

"WHAT!?" Callie exclaimed, feeling rather offended.

"Uh, never mind." Razor said, quickly moving back in to seal the kiss.
