Christmas was coming. One morning in mid-December, Hogwarts woke to find itself covered in several feet of snow. The lake froze solid and the Weasley twins were punished for bewitching several snowballs so that they followed Dumbledore around much to the amusement of Susan.

It was the first real time she had laughed since Terry had died. Terry who had not returned with them and still sat at Ravenclaw; he sat right next to Padma. She still hadn't spoken a word to him and last time around they had been nearly the best of friends. She would have her revenge.

Hermione Granger may be dead but Susan wouldn't satisfied until Ginny Weasley and Molly Weasley and the Light (possibly Dumbledore, too) were dead.

Susan sat among the Slytherin Elite as the entire school gossiped and chittered amongst themselves about the latest gossip to fill the school.

The Magazine was filled with tell all information that had the students wild and it was sure to have the parents and Board of Governors up in arms. Dumbledore needed to be kept an eye on just in case he decided to be… Well Dumbledore.

"Manipulated old bastard." Susan sneered.

Natalia Lestrange raised a dark thin eyebrow and then ran a hand through her wild hair. She sighed. "We talked about that, darling, don't hold your anger in." Natalia had a unhinged look in her purple eyes. "It's not healthy. You might slip and torture someone who isn't annoying at all instead of someone who is."

Ron snorted. "Says the person who tortured that Ravenclaw last week."

A delicate pink blush appeared on Natalia's cheeks. "Exactly, it was a Hufflepuff that had gotten on my nerves that day and instead of that girl waking up in the Infirmary; the first unlucky student to cross my path did.

Ron chuckled and turned his attention back to the article he was reading.

A New Year, A more dangerous Hogwarts

Recently, as most don't know, bar the students, a Student has died.

To parent reading this we, students, as well gasped when we learned of this.

Hermione Jane Granger: an unknown, mediocre at best, student was killed just two months ago.

Two months ago did you say?

Yes, two months ago, on Halloween to be exact, a Troll was let loose in Hogwarts and Hermione Granger suffered an untimely fate of having Diarrhea that afternoon was in the bathroom for the better part of the day and was killed on the toilet; beaten the death by the troll.

Why on earth am I just finding out about this today?

We were thinking the exact same thing readers.

The answer is simple: Dumbledore.

Dumbledore, in his illustrious wisdom,, thought better to inform the parents and other readers of the travesty that had occurred.

Why you may ask?

It is a known fact that Hogwarts, a part of our beloved Gringotts, is known as the safest place in the world. This error could jeopardize the reputation of Hogwarts.

The few owls that managed to battle their way through the stormy sky, flew into the Great hall. Ron couldn't wait to see the howlers that would arrive when the parents had finished reading the Magazine.

"I do feel so sorry," said Draco sneered, "for all those Muggleborns who have a less of chance then thought they did-HEY!" He glared at Lavender who stared back wide-eyed in an innocent look.
