Zooni is in a coma, she is having flashbacks of Rehan, this is after she gets her sight back, after Rehan dies she got in shock, and somehow ended up in a coma:P Read, Review, Recommend, plz:)
A throbbing pain hammered Zooni's head and she frowned. There were spurts of pain hitting her at random times and it was uncomfortable. But she felt weak and incapable of movement so she lay there, wherever she was. Feeble sounds passed through her ears, voices but none she recognized.
One though passed through her head and her head almost exploded with an sudden feeling of loss. The voice was soft and gentle and had a teasing edge to it.
She wanted to shudder and recoil at the familiarity at it. She wanted to curl into a ball and cry her heart out and remain still and disappear from the face of the cruel earth. She wanted to free herself from this life that caused her so much intense pain. But most of all, she wanted to be with him, who loved her truly.. She wanted to be with Rehan..
But she could do nothing now. What was done was done. There was no going back on what she did. She didn't even know how she managed to pull the trigger and destroy him. What she wouldn't give to be destroyed to be with him.
And she realized the meaning of Fanaa. She now understood what it felt like to be destroyed in love. It felt like drowning in a sea of pain that somehow brought pleasure, knowing you were loved.
The pain continued to run through her veins and the ominous voices passed through her ears but she heard no voices but that one soothing voice. And it kept repeating over and over in her head. Zooni clung to the voice with the little force that remained in her. And all the while, the easy voice kept telling her…
Tere dil mein meri saanson ko jagah mil jaaye,
Tere ishq mein meri jaan fanaa ho jaaye...
If anyone that reads this speaks real hindi; in the movie doesn't Kajol say it as Tere dil mein meri saanson ko panha mil jaaye, is panha a real word and if so; what does it mean? It could have been just been my ears hearing wrong but I'm pretty sure Kajol said panha.. anyway…
