"What?" Freddie said.
"Don't make me say it again." Sam sighed.
"No… it just surprised me. That's all." Freddie told her.
"I shouldn't have brought it up."
He stroked her hair and pulled her closer up to his face. They kissed and Freddie propped himself up on to his elbows and hovered above her. Sam's hands rested on his chest.
"Dang, Freddie. Have you been going to the gym?" Sam said, in between kisses.
He nodded and they continued kissing. They only took a small time apart when Sam's shirt came off. Same with his. Freddie pulled her shorts down; leaving her in only a bra and underwear. He gently kissed down her neck and to where her cleavage was. He breath hitched and he slid off his shorts, along with his boxers. He noticed Sam staring at him.
"Please say something. I'm freaking out right now." He said.
"Go extremely easy. Y-you're a lot bigger than I imagined." She stuttered.
He kissed her again and lifted her slightly, unclasping her bra in one swift move. He slid it off her arms. Freddie noticed her eyes close tightly.
"What's wrong?" he asked, nervous.
"It is terrifying to have my bra off in front of you… well it would be in front of any guy." Sam told him.
"Sam, I'll stop. Don't worry. I'm nervous too."
She shook her head and motioned for him to continue. He was hesitant, but he did. He slid her underwear off her legs and threw them to the floor.
"Are you ready?" he asked her.
"Go." Was all she said.
Freddie positioned at her entrance and gently slid into her, noticing her wince and shut her eyes tight. Only a single tear tracing her cheek.
"I'm sorry. It'll pass. I promise." Freddie told her, kissing the tears away.
"Just… hold on." She told him.
After a minute or two, she signaled him to go on. He started off slow, eventually picking up speed and aggressiveness.
Twenty minutes later, Freddie came, Sam following a few moments after. He collapsed next to her and she curled into his chest.
"Happy birthday and anniversary. I love you." He said, noticing the clock said twelve-thirty am; April 17th.
"Thanks, nub." She smiled.
Freddie wondered why she didn't say it back, but waved it off. He kissed her forehead and they both soon drifted off to sleep.
xoxo – 11am that morning
"Freddie. Hello? I know your home!" Carly said, knocking on Freddie's apartment door.
Sam, not thinking, threw on one of Freddie's shirts, which was extremely baggy on her, and answered the door.
"Sam? Did you-? Oh my God." Carly said shocked, noticing her mangled hair and her wearing nothing but his shirt.
"Carly, I swear, say anything… Oh you'll be in deep, deep chizz." Sam warned.
"This surprised me a lot." Carly told her.
Sam rolled her eyes and laughed. "It surprised me and him, too. It was pretty nice."
"I really don't need details. But I was going to have Freddie record some new sound effects for the show. If you guys want to come by later." Carly said.
"Sounds good. We'll be over around twelve-ish?" Sam responded.
Carly nodded, waved goodbye, and walked back into her apartment.
Sam turned around and walked back to Freddie's room. He was still out cold.
"Freddie, wake up." She said, shaking him lightly.
He groaned and rolled over. She started tapping his shoulder. He still didn't wake up.
"FREDDIE!" she yelled, and he jumped ten feet off the bed.
"For God's sake, Sam! Scare me a little more?" he snapped.
"Shut up and get dressed. We're going to Carly's at twelve. You need to record new sound effects for the show. Awe crap. I don't have any clothes and I can't find my underwear. I'll be right back." Sam said, leaving the apartment and knocking on Carly's door.
"Need clothes, don't you?" Carly said.
She nodded and followed Carly to her bedroom. Carly pulled out a bra, short shorts, and a tank top.
"I'm not giving you underwear. You can use the ones you had on last night." She told Sam.
"Um… They got thrown somewhere and I can't find them…"
"Sam! You're lucky I bought new ones the other day. Here you go." She tossed her a pair.
"Thanks. I'll be right back." Sam said, and walked into the bathroom.
She came out and looked at herself. The clothes that were Carly's, for once, suited her. Normally they were way to girly for her. Then she realized, these were her clothes. She started walking and noticed her inner thighs burning. She cursed under her breath and met up with Carly.
"How'd you get my clothes?" she asked Carly.
"You left them here, so I washed them and kept them in case you ever stayed over last minute you had something." She responded.
They walked downstairs and Carly noticed Sam walking funny.
"Are you alright?" she asked her.
"My legs are killing me. That's all." Sam responded.
"Oh, gross!" Carly said.
"Hola chicas." Freddie said, walking in and closing the door behind him.
"Hey." Carly said
"Hi." Sam yawned.
"I'll go record the effects. I'll be back in five." He ran up the stairs.
"How are things with Griffin?" Sam asked.
"Good, I guess. It's just all too fast for me. I never expected him to be back in my life… or for me to even take him back. It kind of scared me at first. It's better now, though." she said to her.
"Last night Freddie told me he loved me."
"I said, 'Thanks, nub.' And fell asleep. It threw me off."
"You need to go and talk to him. You obviously love him if you… well you know."
"I'll be right back." Sam got up and ran upstairs.
"Freddison? I need to talk to you." She said.
"It's about last night… When you said you loved me." Sam stood closer to him. "I love you, too." She hugged him. "You know I have trust issues and you know that took a lot courage to say." She added, resting her head against his chest.
"I know it is." He said.
Freddie kissed her and lifted her up onto the car prop. His hands rested on her hips, hers in his hair. He licked her bottom lip and her mouth opened, his tongue exploring. They kept going until they heard the studio door start to open. They jumped apart.
"I don't want to know what was going on. The show's later tonight. Is everything set up?" Carly asked.
"Yeah. The sound effects sound great. Is Spencer still doing 'What's in the pie?' bit?" Freddie answered with another question.
"He's been waiting to do this all week. It's like he's a little kid." Carly laughed.
"Since when is Spencer not like a little kid?" Sam said.
"Well hey, umm… Griffin wants to hang out… You guys want to come with?" Carly asked.
"No thanks. I have to head home before the show. Helping my mom bring in a new couch." Freddie said. "Speaking of which, I have to leave now." He added.
He kissed Sam goodbye and waved to Carly.
xoxo – Two weeks later
She looked down at the four tiny white, life-ruining sticks on the counter. She sat down on the floor, head in her hands and she let out a loud sob.
"Sam? Sam? Come on. Open the door." Carly said. "What's wrong?" she added.
Sam got up and opened the door. Carly looked at her puffy eyes and then glanced at the counter.
"Carly, I'm in so much trouble. M-my mom's going to kick me out. I-I'll have no place to go. I've never held down a job. I can't raise a baby! For God's sake I just turned sixteen and I already messed up my life!" Sam cried into Carly's shoulder.
"Sam, relax alright? I'm going to help you. I can guarantee Spencer's going to help you. Freddie will definitely help you, too. You can stay here if you need to. I'll get a job with you. We can see if iCarly can help get baby supplies." Carly said.
"I'm not going to beg total strangers for my kid's supplies." She said. "I'll beg for anything else, but not for that."
"I know we said we'd never take donations from fans, but you need it." Carly told her.
She was still crying, trying to calm down. There was a knock at the front door and Carly went to go answer it. Freddie stood in front of her.
"Hey have you talked to Sam? She hasn't answered any texts. We were supposed to hang today." He asked curiously.
"Um… Yeah actually. She's on her way over. She said she wanted to talk to me about something. She said she was going to go over your house after. She sounded pretty serious." Carly lied.
"Uh… alright… I'll be next door then. Have her text me when she's coming over, okay? Later." He waved, turning around.
Carly walked back to the bathroom.
"Why'd you lie?" Sam asked, sniffling.
"Because I shouldn't be the one to tell him. And he's looking for you, so you're going to go over there."
"Ugh… I hate my life." Sam groaned, wiping away more tears.
Carly handed her a hairbrush, eyeliner, and lip balm.
"Relax and just tell him, alright? I can guarantee he won't be mad. He'll be scared, but he's going to be there for you. I promise. If he doesn't, you can beat me up, alright?" Carly said.
Sam nodded, finishing putting on the lip balm. She gave Carly a hug, and left for Freddie's.
