Cupcakes, Messy kitchens, and Love

*I finally found you, my missing puzzle piece, I'm complete*

Blaine's phone erupted with his boyfriend's ringtone. He ran across the room to grab his phone before Kurt got sent to voicemail.

"Hello?"

"Blaine! I'm making cupcakes! Come over!" Kurt said.

Blaine could tell that Kurt was smiling on the other end.

"I'll be there in 10 minutes!"

Blaine grabbed his car keys off of his desk and headed out to his car.

The drive there seemed like it took so long. The anticipation was unbearable. He got caught at every red light on the way.

"Damn, not another one!" He said to himself, stopping slowly.

Finally, after what seemed like forever, he arrived at Kurt's house.

He looked in his mirror to fix his messy hair and to make sure that he didn't have anything in his teeth, because both were not attractive whatsoever.

He got out of his car and walked up quickly to his boyfriend's front door, and then he rang the doorbell.

Kurt answered the door immediately, it was like he was standing right next to the door waiting for Blaine.

"Hello darling" The porcelain skinned boy said sweetly.

"You look too cute to be making cupcakes, don't ya think? Blaine said, laughing lightly.

"You can never look to cute!"

"I know that's the truth" Blaine said, sending Kurt a wink, which made him blush.

They walked in the kitchen together, Kurt holding Blaine hand, leading the way.

Everything was set out on the counter. Ingredients, measuring tools and a cooking timer.

They measured everything out nicely and neatly.

"Now, we wait" Kurt said, letting out a sigh.

What he didn't know was the Blaine had a handful of flour behind his back.

"Oh, I love waiting…that way, I can do this!" Blaine said, pulling his hand from behind his back and tossing the flour all over Kurt's face and clothing.

He purposely missed his hair because if he would have got flour in Kurt's hair, Kurt would be really mad at him for messing it up. He's been there before.

"Blaine Anderson!" Kurt was yelling, trying not to laugh.

"You think you can come into my house and throw flour all over your boyfriend?"

"Uhhhhhh, yes, yes I can" Blaine said, holding back a laugh.

"Well, then I guess you deserve this!"

Kurt also threw a handful of flour on Blaine. He got some flour on his face, clothing and his beautiful curls.

"Okay, okay, okay! We're even now!" Blaine said, grabbing Kurt's waist.

After they cleaned up their big mess in the kitchen, they still had 5 minutes left until their cupcakes were done.

"Kurt…"

"Yes, Blaine?"

Blaine grabbed Kurt's waist and gently kissed him on the lips.

"I love you" Blaine said after he pulled apart.

"I love you too" Kurt had a big smile on his face.

He loved those words.

*beep, beep, beep*

"Ah! The cupcakes are done!" Kurt said with excitement.

They both tasted their chocolate cupcakes after they put vanilla icing on it.

"Oh. My. Goodness!" Blaine said.

"These are amazing!"

"We are such good cooks" Kurt said, laughing.

"Even if we were the worst cooks in the world, I still had fun baking with you" Blaine looked around the kitchen to see if there was anything they missed when they were cleaning, then he winked.

"Next weekend. Brownies. Be here!" Kurt said, leaning in to hug his boyfriend.

"I wouldn't miss spending time with you for the world, of course I'll be here"

"How did I end up with such an amazing boyfriend?"

"I was wondering the same thing" Blaine said.

They hugged tightly and Kurt kissed Blaine on the forehead.

"I love you soo much, Blaine"

"I love you even more, Kurt"

Kurt blushed and smiled. He wanted to say 'No, I love you more!' but he knew that they would both end up deciding that they loved each other the same.

They really were perfect for each other.
