A/N: I've honestly never even heard of Metal Gear, so I'm sorry if this is not accurate. I only know Snake from Super Smash Brothers Brawl, my favorite video game of all time. (I'm stuck on the Great Maze, I need help, but I left the disk at my friend's house the other day!) Also, credit goes to Gamerteen13 who mentioned this in a review on the fic Minuet by Lucillia. I advise you to check it out!

As he was in the middle of teaching Potions and breathing down Potter's neck, something highly memorable happened to Severus Snape.

That chilly November day was when he was turned into Snake.

"-did you forget to add the-"

A bright red light filled the room, and suddenly, Snape was a cardboard box.

"What the hell is happening?" yelled Ron Weasley.

"Snape's gone, party!" yelled Harry Potter.

"Sir, sir, are you alright!" Draco Malfoy ran to the front of the room.

As Snake rose out of the cardboard box, even he didn't expect a young blonde boy to come running into him.

"SIR, WHAT HAPPENED?" yelled not just Malfoy, but all of the Slytherins.

"Well, I was on a stealth mission, and all of a sudden, I'm in what looks like Snape's room from Harry Potter. What did happen?" Snake looked around.

"Sir, I believe someone made a spelling mistake, and now Snape has become you- Snake." piped in Hermione.

"Wait- who's Snake?" asked Neville Longbottom.

"A Muggle video game character from Metal Gear."

"Well, that makes sense, Miss…"

"Granger. Hermione Granger."

"Yes, Miss Granger. Well, I guess I need to teach my class now."

"…You know Potions?" asked Ron.

"…I wasn't going to teach Potions."

"What do you have in mind, then?"

"Something very useful: the art of sneaking around in a cardboard box."

Everyone- even the Slytherins - burst into laughter at this statement.

"What? You can't be serious." Pansy Parkinson said once the laughter died down.

"Of course not, he's Snake, not Sirius," Harry mumbled, causing Hermione to slap him.

"Of course I am. Now, everyone, uh, conjure a cardboard box or something."

No one except for Hermione knew how, so Hermione found herself conjuring a lot of cardboard boxes.

"Thank you, Hermione. Now, everyone, get under your box- yes, yes, on the ground, like I was-"

Severus Snape turned back into himself to find his whole class on the ground with cardboard boxes over their heads. Needless to say, Gryffindor and Slytherin both lost about two hundred house points each, putting Hufflepuff in the lead for once.

A/N: Well, I like it. Do you?
