This was inspired from Uzamaki-Fenix's stories. Im happy she posted the storyies, got up the section and is continuing them! Thanks for giving me the courage to post something like this!
I'd like some comeback, and Reviews make me happy :3. I take Criticism as well!...
(Isn't that the same thing?)
Shutup inner criticism... This will eventually get more plot and better...Perhaps even longer.
Beary Barrington, a young bear-adult, fixed his jacket's collar and backpack's straps. He checked his sharp, bear teeth in the long mirror in his room and walked out . He walked down stairs and met his brother;Dex barrington. "Ready for school?" Dex said pretty pumped. Unlike Beary Dex was a human, with dyed flamed, spiky hair. He was Eighteen, in his last year of high school(Having been on top of his classes) and was very popular among the ladies and debate teams.
The young bear nodded. "Ready for the list of people who made the Baseball team." he smiled lightly. Beary was into sports mostly, being at least in the top ten in his classes, and was popular among everyone as well. But he was famous for another reason from his brother. Their mother then rounded the stair case, two bags in her hands. "Here, lunch. Sorry it took a while. We only had peanut butter, and your both allergic to that. So I put some money in the bag for lunch and snacks." She handed them both one brown, paper bag.
Beary and Dexter took the bags and looked inside. "Feels like I'm dealing crack." Dex turned for the door, but was slapped behind his head from his mother before he could even put a finger on the knob.
Allison shook her head. "How your on top of your classes, I don't know!" She turned to her adoptive son, Beary. She hugged him and gave him small kiss. "Good luck for the team Beary." she then walked back to the kitchen.
"Thanks Mom." Beary and Dex left the house. In the drive way, by their father's van, was Dex's car. A red mustang. His dream car. He had sold his PS3,saved his allowance and worked at multiples jobs for it. He took out his keys and pressed the unlock button, the car honked and flashed it's lights; he sighed in Ecstasy. "I love this car!" he exlcaimed.
Beary rolled his eyes. He was seventeen and was still saving for his own car. "Lets go. The list goes up in a bit." He walked around to the passenger's seat and went to open it. Another honk and flash of lights went off and when Beary pulled on the door it was locked. He looked to Dex, who was smiling. He unlocked the doors once more, but when Beary went to open it, the young adult locked it once more. Beary growled to his brother, And Dex just busted out laughing. He finally let the door unlock and Beary open the door.
"Your Fucking hilarious." the Bear mocked the human's laughter, getting into the car. He put his backpack at his feet and laid back. the car was big and could fit three bears at the most within it. Dex got in, turned the car on and drove out the drive-way. When a sound went off for a short second.
Beary pulled himself up slightly in his seat and took his phone out of his back pocket. He touched multiple buttons, and smiled. "Who is it?" Dex asked as he turned the wheel.
"Lyra from home-room. She signed up for the baseball team too. She said I Ass-called her." the bear chuckle. Dex chuckled slightly. "You and her been texting for awhile?" he asked a bit lustfully
"Its nothing like that." Beary said indifferently. "We've been texting about the Baseball team, hardly really. I just Butt-called her."
Dexter shook his head, grinning. " That was a Booty-call."
"NO IT WASNT!"
Beary looked at the post-board. Starring at the Baseball team list. He grinned.
"Make it?" Dex asked, leaning against the wall.
"Yes! I got on!" Beary nodded. He and Dex high-fived, he holding back some strength not to hurt Dex. "Lets head for home-room, the bells gonna ring." Dex pushed himself off the wall and walked with Beary.
As walked they were greeted by multiple people and bears. Dex split with Beary when one of the Debate team's members, a sexy, young Asian girl asked Dex to help her with 'Homework'. Dex gave Beary some props and walked off with the girl, his arm around her waist. Beary rolled his eyes.
He walked on to his home-room, the bell ringing. His brother was most likely going to skip it, being top of his classes Dex got some slack laid off on him. The young bear sat at his usual seat in the third row behind the teacher's desk. Homeroom for him was science, and his lab partner was a another young bear named Louie; he was quite Geeky/Nerdy, but was the dark type. Louie wore black, had light gray fur, and wore glasses. Girls went Ga-Ga for him.
They gray bear sat down in his seat beside Beary. "I saw you made the list B.B."
Beary smiled and nodded. "Totally. Seriously happy." both bears gave props.
"Half the chicks in the school are already talking about it! Like you weren't famous enough!" Louie leaned into to Beary slightly, grinning. Beary turned red slightly under his brown fur and pushed Louie playfully.
Beary was well known for one big thing he did about four years ago when he was Eleven. He, being in his questioning phrase, ran away from home and to his hero's. The Country Bears. He had gone on an adventure of self finding and helping. He had gotten the broken-up band back together for a benefit concert to save The Country Bear Hall, their home.
The teacher, a young woman in her twenties, came in; she wore red sweats and a Black Tee, her Black hair in a bun, her glasses hanging loosely off her nose. She yawned and sat in her office chair.
"Ms. Linderwall...Should a teacher really be wearing that to school?" Asked one of the students doubtfully. Celia,Linderwall waved the student off. " Theres no law to this. Bite it. Today we're learning more of blood cells." then there was a knock at the door and it opened. scrunched her face, and nodded. "Ah yes. Class we have a new student." she yawned once more.
A young girl walked him, holding a paper brown bag in her hand and a skateboard under the other.
"This is Ellen, Willies. Shes a transfer student from that other school a few blocks away. The one where the kids tag and rap..."
"The Black school?" Asked the same kid from before. This got them glares from the others.
"Ah!" Ellen put up a finger." I'm not black, I'm British! AND! I avoided those kids." she defended herself.
"Weren't you the one who pushed some kid out of a Tree and he broke a leg and an arm?"
"I'll push you out of a tree!" Ellen pointed a finger at the kid in the 'Evil-Monkey Way'.
". Go sit next to Jeffery. He's pretty Geeky, you can copy off him. And I'll take your board til end of school." pushed Ellen to a seat in the third row near the window and took her Skateboard. Jeffery was your average nerd,white,zitful,glasses,pocket-protector collared, overall shirts, pants pulled up and braces. His hair though, could easily be styled to make him look a bit more attractive, it was black and full of volume.
Ellen smiled and shook his hand; he seemed excited to sit next to a girl.
Beary took out his Science journal and was ready to take to new kids. They were coming from Ellen's school, seeing how it was at risk of closing; too many graffiti and low test scores. But something that caught Beary's eye and interest slightly, was the baseball bat sticking out the young girl's backpack.
~On The Road~
Beary was back with Dex within his car, on their way to Country Bear Hall. Dex had the radio on to a rock station. Beary didn't mind rock, it was awesome. But he'd always prefer the Bears over it. Even if he'd look like an outcast. The car stopped and he looked away from winow to the front, there it was, looking spiff and span. Country Bear Hall.
"They're cleaning it up rather nicely." dex nodded, un-buckling his seat-belt. Beary nodded, doing the same and opening his door. "Just needs perhaps another paint coating."
"Hey Beary!" Called one of the three bears outside the hall. Fred and Ted were sitting on the steps with papers in their hands, and Big Al was watering the plants around the building.
"What are two doing?" asked the young bear as he and his adopted brother crossed over the grass, going through the path(Al nodded at his rules being followed).
"Some lyrics, Tennessee and Trixie finished the first half, now we're doing the last." Fred showed the song to the young adults. Beary tilted his head, hearing the song in his head, while Dex looked over how the lyrics would rhyme. "...Dude. Nothing rhymes with Orange."
"Well there is now." Ted replied.
"Do you guys have a beat down so far?" Beary asked.
"Not yet, we were saving it for you kid." Ted stood up from the step. Beary smiled at the consideration his friends gave him. "Cool, cool."
"Hey, Kiddo!" Henry came out side. "I thought I heard a Lion roaring here." The elder bear referred to Dex's car. "Ya'know it." Dex nodded proudly, biting his bottom lip in a smug smile.
Al,Fred and Beary shook their heads; cars were loud, money guzzling, nature killing things. Beary wanted one so badly. Fred would rather stay with the bus. Al despised them on his grass or near.
"Well come on in, just finished making some snack, and that new show premiers today. The previews make it look pretty funny." Henry turned to the door and gestured everyone in.
"Oh yeah! That new comedy show about all those people living in an apartment!" Fred walked into the hall.
"Looks pretty un-original to me but, its not like anything else is on today." Ted followed his brother.
"Noth'ins on, on a Monday." Al followed.
"Until after midnight" Dex laughed. "Boy I'm about to smack you upside your head." Henry called back. Beary laughed and smiled. "Hey! Did you guys know the actors in that show are well known comedians from Washington?" he ran in after them.
