"Cats or dogs?" Percy asked.

Annabeth looked up from her architecture designs and immediately replied. "Cats."

"Are you serious?"

"They're intelligent and can take care of themselves, unlike a certain person I know." Annabeth suddenly had a coughing fit that sounded suspiciously like "coughPercycough."

"What, so I can't take care of myself?"

"Were you also implying that I'm not intelligent?"

"Yup. However I'm quite impressed that you know the word 'implying.'"

"Stop insulting me!"

"Yeah, like that's ever going to happen."

"Dogs are still better."

"State your reasons."

"Dogs are better swimmers!"

"Is that your only reason why you love dogs more?"

"Cats drown?" Percy suggested meekly.

Annabeth shook her head in dismay and went back to her blueprints.
