Bianca stared up at the bright stars and wondered why her life was so terrible. At 13 years old, she had witnessed things that not even full grown adults had witnessed. From seeing her Father die, to seeing her brother in gang fights, and she had even experience cancer that was able to be caught before things had gotten worse.
As she kept looking she whispered something, "Why am I here God?"
She had always wondered why God wanted her here. Why she had to go through so many things. Why, if she had done hardly anything wrong and had tried her hardest to listen to the Lord, her life was so terrible.
"Brandon!" She screamed in tears as they kicked his sides.
The man turned to her, "Shut up b****! Or else you're next."
But she kept screaming, crying in pain.
Then they heard police sirens and they all started running away.
But she stayed there, looking at her brother, who was covered in blood.
His dark skin bruised. His nose filled with blood, his eye completely swollen.
That was all she could remember. She didn't understand it. Then when her Father died things were even worse.
"Hey Dad you ready to g-"
Before she could say anything she saw her Father collapse on the floor.
Her Mother was walking downstairs when she heard tears.
"Bianca! What's wrong?" She rushed to her.
"H-he's dead Mom! Dad's gone!" She screamed.
She closed her eyes, trying not to think of the past.
"I know I've made some mistakes God." She said.
"You gonna try it or not?" Her friend demanded.
"I don't think that's such a good idea." She said.
"Oh come on, don't be such a baby. Who says wine ever hurt anyone?" She said with a smile.
And with a long pause she took the drink.
"But, I've done everything to try and have a closer relationship with you. I read my Bible, I pray, I listen to Christian music, I try to hang out with the right crowd. Why does all this happen to me? D-did I do something wrong?" She said as tears started to fall down her eyes.
"Sometimes good things happen to bad people." She heard someone whisper.
She looked around her bedroom. It was dark so she couldn't see anything. Bu then a bright glow started to appear. She wondered what it was but didn't say anything. That's when she saw it. A beautiful angel. It was all bronze and looked very strong. With huge biceps and beautiful white wings. But, it startled Bianca. It's not every day that you see an angel in your house.
"Who are you?" She asked with doubt.
"You know who I am. I am an angel. My name is Armiseal." The angel replied with a soft tone.
She backed away slowly.
"Do not be afraid Bianca." Armiseal said.
There was a long pause. Her dark skin was going pale. Her long, black curls, were starting to get damp because she was sweating.
"Take my hand, and I will show you something you have never seen before." Armiseal said with a promising voice.
So she took Armiseal's hand and before she could blink she was on a white horse. The horse galloped gracefully, straight into a white hole, and that's when she knew she had entered heaven. Where she could no longer cry, or feel sad, or angry. Where she could be free. That's all she wanted.
