In honor of Edward and Bella's five year anniversary or, according to the movie timeline, their wedding day. Thank you to Cullenboyz for her beta work.

My Dearest Edward,
It's 3:47 AM in the morning on the day my youngest, but first, son is to get married. At the moment you are out bonding with your brothers, doing something I probably don't want to know about. Alice is outside wrapping twinkle lights around trees while Rosalie is steaming your bride's gown. Your father is in his office working on his best man speech. And then there's your mother, who's sitting at her desk, running through 85 years of memories in her mind.
I've wanted this day to come for so long. I wanted you to find your other half, and I often had to remind myself that it took Carlisle more than 250 years to find his mate. I hoped that you wouldn't have such a long wait, but as Carlisle has told me thousands of times, I was worth the wait, and I'm positive beyond any doubt that Bella certainly was worth it, too.
I've told you this many times, but I will say it again, things will work out, as they already have, and will continue to do so. You and Bella were made for each other, and I am ecstatic that she will be bearing the title of "Mrs. Cullen" before this day is done. Put any doubts aside because she is not going anywhere. She will be there at the altar, and she will swear her love to you forever. She wants you forever.
I love Bella, and words don't seem enough to explain to you how much I adore her, and how happy I am for you both that across space and time that you found each other.
I love you. You often speak of my ability to love, but you have always made the love for you come so naturally and easily. You have been on my side and by my side since the moment my eyes opened to this life. You have been my confidant, my dearest friend, and have honored and humbled me by allowing me to call you son.
Early on I often felt like the young one learning from you, but along the way our dynamic naturally shifted. On my wedding day I told you, I'll be whatever you need me to be whether it's a sister, a mother, or just a friend. You've always taken me up on that offer, and it will forever stand.
You have a new woman in your life, and she will take over for me in many ways, as it should be. Things that you would have turned to me for in the past will now fall on your wife. As you embark on this new adventure called marriage, it may not always be easy, but you will thrive together. I know it. I've witnessed how much you two have overcome together already. The best is still to come.
You have a family who loves you both. We are so happy that you didn't run off to Las Vegas, and that you two chose to celebrate this day with your family and Bella's family. Eighty-four years ago I only had one person to help me prepare on my wedding day, and you did an incredible job. Today, you will be surrounded by so many who love you both, and that truly is a blessing.
By this time tomorrow you will be a husband, but you will always be my son. Carlisle and I will always be here for you and your Bella. I love you, and I am so proud of you and overjoyed for you.
Just remember, make her happiness and she will make yours.
