Hello! (: Decided to do a small little drabble on Klaine & petals. Hohoho.

Disclaimer: I do not own Glee.

Blaine turned the corner, poking his head around as he searched high and low for his boyfriend.

Where the hell is Kurt? his mind thought furiously as he ran down the hallway and out of the school, running his hands through his gelled hair in frustration. Not knowing where he was going, he let his feet take him to the pond, where, surprise surprise, Kurt was. The porcelain boy sat on the edge of the pond, absentmindedly throwing stones and rocks into the body of water, scaring the ducks away. Every time this happened, Kurt scowled, reaching beside him to pick up another rock.

"What're you doing? You're gonna scare the ducks away!" Blaine chided, sitting down beside Kurt. "You gave me such a scare. Where were you? You're missing out on the second half of Warbler's rehearsal! And during class, you were-"

"Did anybody notice?" Kurt asked in a stony voice, refusing to meet Blaine's gaze.

"What?" Blaine furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"Did anybody notice I was gone?" he repeated, and flicked a stone into the pond, watching the ripples even out.

"Yeah, of course, but why-" Blaine barely got to finish half of his sentence before Kurt interrupted again.

"I feel so out of place here." he mumbled, and threw another stone into the pond. "See that stone? It's like me. I'm always the odd one out. Whenever I come, I sink to the bottom because I'm just so freaking dumb, and wherever I go, everybody parts like the Red Sea." he sighed. "Those ripples - they made a change in the pond, but for how long? Not even a minute. Then they're nothing, just sinking into the soft mud below."

"Oh, Kurt," Blaine murmured, finally understanding. "You're not like that. You know you're not."

"I am." Kurt retorted, finally turning to face Blaine. "I am. I know this is a very accepting school and blah blah blah, it's just that... I feel so out of place. You're all so charming and dignified, so dapper, and here I am, trying to get a petition starting on allowing us to wear different blazers in this school." He turned away again, flicking his wrist so that the stone skipped three times before sinking.

"You're not." Blaine insisted, and looked around, searching for a flower. "Ahah." he plucked a dandelion from the grass and placed it on the water, watching it float away before the seeds scattered and sank to the bottom of the pond.

"You're like those." he whispered to Kurt, wrapping an arm around his waist, "You spread across the school, and you make the ducks feel at home. You're always floating, and even though everyone has to sink sometimes, you hang on for as long as you can. Don't you see? You mean so much to us, so much to me." he pressed a soft kiss to the countertenor's cheek, smiling.

"Really?" Kurt whispered, leaning into Blaine's chest. "Really, I do?"

"Yes. You do." Blaine kissed the brunette's hair, smiling as Kurt gave a relieved sigh and they both watched the ducks swim around lazily in the pond.

"You mean so much to me."

So cliche! Oh my gosh. Hahaha. Anyway, I hope you liked that! Please review, I need to know if my writing is getting better! (:
