I do not own Harry Potter.

Author's note: I'm sorry it took me so long to update this story. I have a much harder time with happy chapters! That being said, it's a short one but I hope you like it!

Rose looked around her in awe. It had been an exhausting day filled with packing and traveling and her initial plan had been to collapse as soon as they got to the hotel in Fiji. But that was before she got here. She felt Harry approach her from behind and wrap his arms around her….

"So what do you think, Love?" he asked laying his head on her shoulder.

"It's absolutely breathtaking, Harry."

He smiled and said, "It is, isn't it?"

Rose nodded her head in response. They stayed this way for quite some time, looking out at the beautiful beach, enjoying the light breeze.

"Harry, this must have cost you a fortune. I would have been happy with you wherever we stayed, you know that right?"

"I do Rose, but you deserve the best and I wanted to give it to you," he replied sincerely.

"It's so much more than I ever dreamed, love," whispered Rose, as she turned and pulled him in for a kiss.

Harry wrapped his arms around her, placing one hand in her hair holding her close. "I love you," he whispered staring into her beautiful blue eyes.

"I love you too, more than I ever thought possible."

"Are you ready to become Mrs. Potter?" he asked, eyes twinkling.

"What? I thought you were becoming Mr. Weasley?" she teased, causing Harry to laugh good-naturedly.

"If it means I get to spend the rest of my life with you, then I don't care what you call me," countered Harry smiling.

Rose smiled and kissed him again before she asked, "Harry, in all seriousness, how come you never use the name Black… I mean you are head of that house as well?"

Harry's eyes clouded over for a minute before he shrugged and said, "I don't know, I'm not one for titles, you know that. It just didn't seem like me to use both names, so I just use Potter."

Rose nodded and bit her lip, obviously wanting to comment further so Harry asked, "What is it?"

"Well, it's just that you're Lord Black as well…What if I was to take that name instead?"

Harry seemed quite surprised and Rose continued, "It's not that I don't love the name Potter, it's just that if I were to take the name Black instead, it just appears more distant to the Weasley's than Potter."

"Rose… "

Rose shook her head and cut him off, "No, Harry, I'm not having second thoughts. It's just my Aunt was a Weasley and she married you and took the Potter name. My cousins have the Potter name…Potter and Weasley are one in the same. Do you understand?"

"No, not really, love," he replied frowning.

"You know that I love you, right?"

"Yes, of course."

"You're Head of two houses, Potter and Black. I would just prefer to take the name Black. Besides, you need an heir for House Black anyway, but if you're uncomfortable with it…" Rose stopped waiting to see what he said.

Finally he shrugged and said, "It really doesn't matter to me and it's obviously something you've thought about so…yeah, sure, if that's what you really want?"

Rose smiled and said, "It is."

"Well, then, Lady Black, would you care to test out our honeymoon suite?"

"You read my mind Lord Black," she replied huskily before she began walking him backwards towards the bed. When his knees hit the bed, she gently pushed on his shoulder making him topple back onto the bed. He chuckled and leaned on his elbows as he looked up at her mischievously.

"I think the name has gone to your head, you little vixen."

Rose smirked down at him before she crawled over him and said, "That's Lady Black to you Mr. Potter."

He wrapped his hand in her hair and flipped them before leaning down and whispering, "Please forgive me, My Dark Lady."

They both giggled at the name but quickly decided they wanted each other right then, practically ripping each other's clothes off until they were finally joined as one.

"I love you," gasped Harry.

"I love you too," replied Rose softly.

"I can't believe you're going to marry me," whispered Harry, awestruck.

"I can't believe you asked me to marry you," replied Rose seriously.

"Rose…"

"I know, I know. It's just sometimes it seems like I could burst I'm so happy. It feels wrong somehow to be this happy, you know?"

Harry nodded and then kissed her gently before he replied, "I do know what you mean. I've never been this happy before. It's pretty amazing."

Rose smiled and pulled him in for another passionate kiss, holding him tight. They stayed this way for quite a while until Harry felt something underneath him. He broke away and looked at Rose questioningly, "Was that…?"

"A kick? Yeah, I think it was!" grinned Rose.

Harry groaned and put his head on her shoulder and she asked, "What's wrong?"

"I can't keep going now! They can feel me!" he chuckled in her ear.

She smacked his back good naturedly and said, "Oh no, you're not stopping now, Mr.! Otherwise you're going to have a very Dark Lady indeed!"

He laughed and whined, "Rose!"

In response she simply shook her head and pushed on his shoulder. When he moved on his back she climbed on top and asked, "Better? Now you can't feel them kicking."

Harry blushed and nodded, placing his hands on her hips to help her move. They continued in a slow steady pace for quite a while, whispering sweet nothings to each other before finally succumbing to exhaustion and falling asleep in each other's arms.

Harry woke the next morning to the most beautiful sight… Rose was stretched out on a chaise just outside the bedroom and was soaking up the sun. Beyond her was nothing but white sand and the bluest water Harry had ever seen. He stretched and sat up then said, "I could get used to waking up to this."

Rose turned her head towards him and smiled radiantly, "Morning sleepy head. I was starting to think you were going to sleep the day away."

"Sorry, I guess I was more tired than I realized."

Rose waved away his apology and replied, "There's food out here, if you're hungry. You've already missed breakfast and snack but lunch just arrived about 10 minutes ago. I was waiting for you to eat."

"Rose, please don't wait for me. It's far more important that you eat," Harry said worriedly.

"Oh don't worry about me, I had no problem eating all morning without you. I was only going to wait a little longer before I ate. But now that you are awake, you can join me."

Harry smiled and got up out of bed, blushing somewhat when he realized he was standing in the middle of the wide-open cottage naked.

Rose giggled and said, "Don't worry, there's no one around as far as I can see."

He nodded sheepishly and walked to the bathroom, which was above and behind the bedroom, but it was also wide open. As he washed up he said loudly, "It's kind of odd that there's no privacy here."

"Yeah, I guess they figure newlyweds don't want to be separated even to go to the loo. Although I think I could probably handle the few minutes."

Harry chuckled and walked onto the patio, stopping to give her a chaste kiss before helping her stand, "Ready for lunch?"

"Definitely."

As they sat and ate a delicious lunch Rose asked, "So what's the plan for today?"

Harry shrugged and said, "Whatever you want it to be, love. This is your vacation."

She beamed at him then replied, "I wanted to speak with the concierge about the wedding. I'm hoping they can help put everything together for us so we can relax and enjoy ourselves."

"Sounds good to me," replied Harry smiling.

"I know the village that performs the binding ceremony is on the mainland, so we would have to take a boat there and then drive a few hours to get to the village. I'm hoping if we talk with them they will perform the ceremony here. It will be much easier for everyone that way."

"I don't want you to do too much, Rose. That sounds like a lot of traveling for one day. Perhaps we can stay overnight in the village and come back here the next day."

"Hmm. That's a good idea, Harry. There are lots of things to see along the way, like waterfalls and local villages and I hear the birds are absolutely beautiful. If we know we're staying the night then we can take our time getting there."

"Sounds perfect, Love." replied Harry grinning broadly.

"I thought of some things we could do here too," said Rose happily.

Harry smirked at her and she giggled before she replied, "Not that, silly, although don't worry there will be plenty of it. I meant swimming, and sea kayaking and maybe scuba diving."

"Can you scuba dive while you're pregnant, Love" asked Harry frowning.

"Oh. I don't know. I guess I wasn't thinking. It's probably not a smart idea. Perhaps we can snorkel instead?" asked Rose nervously.

"I like that idea better. I've never liked scuba diving anyway, it reminds me too much of the tri-wizard tournament," replied Harry.

"I'm sorry, love, I didn't know."

"Its fine," replied Harry waving her off, "Now, I think you forgot one thing in your activities."

"I did?"

"Yeah. I didn't hear shopping once," grinned Harry.

"Oh." replied Rose frowning somewhat.

"What is it?" asked Harry concerned, "I was just teasing Rose, we don't have to go shopping."

"No, it's not that I don't want to…It's just that I'm kind of self conscious about how I look now. Seems like I'm getting bigger everyday and shopping just reminds me how fat I'm getting."

"Rose," said Harry getting up from his chair and kneeling next to hers, "You are not fat, nor are you getting fat. You're keeping our babies safe inside you and you're giving them everything they need." He placed his hands on either side of her belly then leaned down and kissed her stomach several times before looking up at her with nothing but adoration in his eyes. "I love you so much for giving me this incredible gift. Please, trust me when I say, I have never seen you look more beautiful than you do right now."

Rose was overcome with emotions and let a few tears fall before she leaned down and kissed him passionately, only stopping to whisper, "I love you."

"I love you too," he replied before standing and leading her to the bed to continue showing her just how beautiful he thought she was.
