She Cried

When Soi Fon found out that her master had left to protect innocent people, and had come back to do it again, she felt saddened by the fact that Yoruichi hadn't come to see her. Not even giving her an apology, she left again, lost on the breeze. But somehow, the emptiness seemed so familiar, almost comfortable in a sense. So she cried, in the cold rain that fell after her Goddess left.

He Frowned

When Byakuya found out that his former teacher had left to protect innocent people, and had come back to do it again, he felt saddened by the fact that Yoruichi hadn't came to see him. Not even giving him an apology, she left again, lost on the breeze. But somehow, the emptiness seemed so familiar, almost comfortable in a sense. She he frowned, in the cold rain that fell after his were-cat left.

They Wondered

When both of them found out the reason that she left, it was almost warming, to see how far she would go to protect the innocent. Yet, they help but couldn't wonder. Was she really that kind if she left those who loved her behind? Did she even care? Did she see what had happened to them over the years?

But the one thing that dominated their questions was this: How was the other taking it?

The Reunion

When the realization that her two proteges had turned cold and bitter hit her, she felt extremely burdened by sadness. She felt so horrible. She wanted to apologize, say she loves them, but somehow the words refuse to leave her lips. So instead, she keeps turning away at the last minute.

Little did she know that her favorite people were slowing dying inside, the pain ebbing away at their sanity. The reunion had reminded all of them that once again, the young had been betrayed, whether by a lover, a friend, or for both, a teacher.
