All the Draco pairings are finished! *Dances* And this is the last next-gen!
Platform 9 ¾ is as comfortably busy as ever. I've always rather enjoyed this part of the school year – seeing all my classmates with their parents is an odd experience, and one I'm going to miss next year, when I've finished Hogwarts. I'm pondering what I'll be doing next year, and struggling to get my trunk onto the train, when a hand touches my shoulder.
"Here, let me help…"
I turn around, and smile when I see Teddy Lupin. He grabs onto my trunk and lifts it easily onto the train for me.
"Oh… thank you…" I murmur flirtatiously, tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear.
"Could I… could I have a moment?" He gestures slightly, indicating an alcove in the brick wall. I understand his meaning immediately and nod, following him. I press myself back into the alcove and take him by the front of his shirt, pulling him out of the direct sight of anyone who happened to be passing by.
Then his lips meet mine.
I smile widely as Teddy – the boy I've known practically since birth – presses me against the wall, kissing me deeply.
At last, he draws away from me, smiling shyly. I smile back, fluttering my eyelashes a little.
"I've wanted to do that for a long time," he tells me.
"I have too…" I drape my arms lightly around his neck and catch his lower lip between my teeth, biting down gently on it. "Since I was twelve years old…"
His broad hand strokes my long, pale hair, and he presses his mouth against mine again, pushing me back softly against the wall. I melt in his arms, sighing happily.
We are interrupted by a shriek of laughter. I jolt upright, looking around wildly, and see my cousin's back as he weaves through the crowd, eventually coming to a screeching halt in front of my Aunt Ginny and Uncle Harry. Over the noise of the crowd, I can hear him practically screeching.
"Teddy's back there! Just seen him! And guess what he's doing! Snogging Victoire!"
I swear softly in French, and look at Teddy.
"Should I go tell them I'm not stealing your innocence?" he asks.
I laugh, draping my arms around his neck again and letting my lips brush against his.
"Who says you're not?"
