Author's Note: Yeah, I should be working on my other stories, but I found this file on my computer and, remembering what inspired it, decided to post it. This was a homework assignment I got to write three sonnets in three different forms, and they had to be about love. I immediately thought of Phineas and Isabella, and this was the result.

I'm not sure I have to put this, since there is no actual naming of names, but I don't own Phineas and Ferb.

Hope you enjoy it!

A Girl…

I do not know how he cannot see me

Despite the love I show him with each word.

Although we are young, how can he not see.

What each moment between us has incurred.

Each time it is so, my heart fills with woe.

I feel that this love will never come true.

And yet, I can't go, for I love you so

And that's why I spend every day with you.

I have told myself, "Today is the day!"

I will tell you what I feel, and it's love.

No matter what happens, I'll find a way,

To tell you what I have always dreamed of.

I will tell you that I have loved you, dear,

And your rejection is all that I fear.

A Boy…

Everyone near me has always assumed

That I have never enjoyed feeling love.

And yet, that's not true. Within me it's bloomed.

I'm in love with an angel from above.

I've known you longer than I can think of,

But yet, it can't be part of my mission

To tell you, for like the slap of a glove,

Our friendship might end, all of a sudden.

And so all these years, I've kept it hidden,

Not wanting you to come to despise me.

But today it has come, almost unbidden,

The urge to tell you, "I love you dearly."

And so I will tell you that I love you,

And hope you will say you love me, too.

Together At Last.

We sat on that bench, so scared where to start.

Neither of us could just come and say it,

We feared the other would not love permit.

We sat there together, and yet, apart.

Until one of us began to impart,

Something they felt they would have to admit.

And so in that park, quiet and starlit,

We learned of each other's love from the heart.

They all were true! Our best hopes and wishes!

Our fears and unease were now in the past,

We lost ourselves with new loving kisses.

We no longer fear, our die has been cast,

No matter what comes, whatever vexes,

We are together, together at last.

Well, what did you think? No, I don't plan on doing more poetry, I just thought I'd put this out there, since it was Phineas and Isabella. Please tell me what you thought of it!
