A/N: Hi guys! Fluffy nonsense little oneshot here, just to celebrate Christmas. I have this one big SPN fic floating round my head but my attention span is so short I know I won't finish writing it. So instead, I'm gonna just post a load of random oneshots to do with the big Christmas theme. In this one, we learn the important lesson of never giving Castiel a camera.
Disclaimer: If I owned Supernatural, everyone would be alive and kicking and smiling and eating Christmas dinner and wearing party hats and laughing and we'd have John in the corner playing harmonica and Sammy would be pulling Christmas crackers with Jess and Dean would be having eyesex with Cas but neither of them would be admitting it even though everyone else knew and Jo and Ellen would be there and so would Bobby, who would be pouring wine for everyone except Cas, claiming jokingly he was underage, and then Cas would point out his exact age and everyone would laugh and I'M GONNA GO JUMP OFF A BRIDGE NOW :'(
"You got him a camera?"
Dean grinned. "Yeah, well . . ."
"You got him a camera?" Sam repeated. Snap.
"Yes, I got him a camera, Sammy. Nice observation."
"You realise what you've done, Dean? You realise what you've unleashed upon us?"
"Hey Dean! Hey! Hey Dean! Say cheese!"
"Not now Cas. I'm watching this TV show."
Castiel paused for a moment. Snap. "Dean, why do humans say 'cheese' when taking photos?"
"Dunno, ask Sam."
"Okay." He turned to the younger Winchester. "Sam, why do humans say 'cheese' when taking photos?"
"Something to do with the way your mouth shapes into a smile, I think."
"Oh." A pause. Snap. "Why not just ask them to smile?"
"Dean, you had to buy him a camera, didn't you?"
"Sammy, it's Christmas," Dean protested.
"At least turn the flash off, Cas!" Sam moaned, shielding his eyes.
