14-year old Sam Manson went out on a walk in Amity Park woods. It was always so peaceful and nice in the woods. Sam let out a soft sigh as she looked around. She was daydreaming about her life long best friend, Danny Fenton. Yes, she had broken the number one rule about having a best friend that was the opposite sex – she fell in love with him.
There were so many things about him that Sam just loved about him. His personality, his sense of humor, his compassion, his handsome looks, and everything else about him made Sam fall in love deeply. If Sam were to write a research paper on Danny, it would be endless.
Sam kept on walking until she heard a bush rustle. Sam stared at it, ready to fight if it were dangerous. Suddenly, a raven-haired teenager with blue eyes jumped up and grinned.
"Danny! You scared me!" Sam exclaimed. Danny's grin got wider as we walked over to Sam.
"I'm sorry," Danny said, hugging Sam from behind. Sam felt her stomach turn. She suddenly felt really nervous, but she was enjoying every moment of his touch. She fought back a blush that grew on her cheeks.
Danny, who saw Sam blush, chuckled quietly to himself.
"Aww, did I make Sammy blush?" He taunted playfully.
"Don't call me Sammy," Sam muttered. Secretly, she didn't care if he called her Sammy. She thought it was adorable.
Danny, who also hopelessly in love with Sam, wanted to make her blush again. Danny rested his head on Sam's shoulder. His cheek rested on her cheek. Danny made his arms wrap tightly around her waist.
Danny looked at Sam as her face grew redder. Danny had a blush on his face too, but he didn't want to show it.
"Do you want me to let go?" Danny whispered in her ear.
"N-No," Sam said, her face turning into a deep crimson shade.
Danny grinned. Sam liked it when Danny held her. Danny knew very well that if any other guy did this to her, they would receive a black eye.
Danny held her even closer then kissed her cheek lightly. Sam, who was in shock that Danny kissed her, felt butterflies in her stomach. Suddenly, she felt like screaming in happiness.
"Do you want me to let go now?" Danny asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
"No," Sam replied, a small grin forming on her face.
Danny felt very confident that Sam liked him back. Danny turned Sam around and kissed her. Sam felt electricity bolt through her body. The kiss was innocent but passionate. After a minute or two, the two broke apart smiling.
"Do you want me to let go now?" Danny asked.
Sam grinned at him.
"No, never let go," Sam said, kissing his lips softly.
