A little insight in what I think would have been Victoria's thoughts at some point.
Disclaimer; I don't own Twilight. If I did i might have killed off a few characters and Bella would probably be a bad ass.
What is it like to be evil?
Pathetic, that's what she was; a human blood bag that should have died long ago instead of her mate. She wasn't worth the life of her beloved, no human was worth anything. Yet the Cullen clan had protected her and killed James for her. The only thing special about the girl was her blood, that sweet substance that coursed through her veins. Even then Victoria didn't really care for it. She wanted to see Isabella Marie Swan dead but not before torturing her, causing her to scream and plead for her own death. It was her fault that James had been killed and Victoria would make sure that she knew this, and she would enjoy every minute of it.
Edward Cullen would suffer just as much, if not more, than what she had for James. She would make sure that he found his little human girlfriend in shreds and she would be there long enough to see his face. She knew that he would try and track her down, but Victoria knew him to be a lousy tracker. Even if he had been a great tracker, she was better at running and hiding. He would never get to her.
A cruel smile broke through her stone set face.
Even if she had to run forever, his pain was more than worth it.
