This is a oneshot for 'I love Prussia the awesome'. I hope you like it!

You smiled as you saw the sun slowly set. It was your favorite time of day. You quickly pushed your (h/c) locks out of your eyes and turn to leave.

"Hey! _!" Looking back, you saw your best friend Gilbert running up. You two have been friends since forever. You knew everything about each other. Except one thing. How much you truly liked him. It was more than as a friend, or even a best friend. You were falling in love.

"Hi Gilbert!" You waved, acknowledging the Prussian. "What are you doing here?"

"Kesese! I came to take you somewhere!" You were used to this by now. Every once and a while, Gilbert would randomly come and take you to some place he recently found. you went anyways so you could get a little closer to your friend.

"Fine Gilbert." The albino quickly covered your eyes with some fabric.

'This is odd...' You thought, trying to think what could be so important. "Where are we going?"

"You'll see _" Even though it's nice to have surprises, you hated them too. Especially when you don't have a single clue.

Gilbert finally uncovered your eyes. You blinked and rubbed them to make sure you weren't dreaming. What you saw was real. The two of you were on the edge of a lake that was filled with floating candles under the moonlight. You sweatdropped slightly when you noticed they were fake, but were impressed none the less.

"Gilbert, this is... Beautiful. But why?" The albino blushed almost as red as his eyes under the dim light of the moon.

"Well, I wanted to tell you something _." You tilted your head to the side.

"What?" That's when he grabbed the side of your face and kissed you. Your eyes went wide. Your best friend (and crush) was kissing you! After getting over your initial shock, you began to kiss back. Your stomach was doing little flips out of excitement and bliss. After a bit, Gilbert broke the kiss for some air.

"_, I really like you."

"Huh. I couldn't notice." You responded sarcastically, lightly poking him in the arm. The two of you laid down in the grass in peace. After a few seconds of silence, he spoke.

"The moon sure is nice tonight. But I think you look nicer." You looked at your friend before laughing.

"Wow Gilbert. I honestly thought you would say something better than a cheesy pick-up line!" The Prussian rolled his eyes.

"Just take the line as a compliment from the being of awesomeness and kiss me." You rolled your (e/c) eyes and smirked slightly.

"You know what? Deal." And so you did.
