''Dark beings speaking, Demonic/Angry characters Speaking as well as extremely Dark spells and Magic.''
Come on people. Where are all the reviews at? Let me know you're reading and review. If you're a real fan you would review.
Mr. BG and Anodite. True Bwenners and people I would be proud to call me friends. If I knew their names, their gender, their race, where they lived, or actually talked to them. Mr. 0 counts too. Any Anodite Gwen stories of a certain demographic I read were usually extremely short, badly written, or both. But yeah, enjoy this story and the fact that no one ever appreciates I do things like researching what driver's license do you need to drive an RV.
Why the hell does no one notice I do research?
Popping open the door of the RV, otherwise known as the Rustbucket was a young man of teenage age with short brown hair, green eyes, pale skin, and a slim fame. He was wearing an outfit of a black T-shirt, blue jeans and a white-striped green jacket with the number 10 on it. He began hauling down the camping gear from the door when a pink-magneta glow enshrouding the supplies and levitated it up. ''Okay, now you're just showing off.'' the boy remarked with a tight terse look on his face.
The person he was talking to in question had fiery orange hair that was short in length, to about her upper back with a single bang of hair protruding on the left side of her face. She had sparkly light green eyes that were captivating and wore a shirt that was a mixture of dark blue around the sleeves and shoulders and light blue covering the rest of her torso and sizable breasts. Her stomach was flat and well defined from taking Karate, attached to a pair of wide and curvy hips. Hips showed off by her almost skin tight white pants. ''Come on Ben. It was your idea to go look around instead of setting up camp first. It's starting to get late and I want to get a good eight hours' worth of sleep.'' the redhead remarked as she set the gear on the ground.
As Ben was tending to the stew he glanced up at the sky every once in a while. Star gazing being one of his hobbies. Though something interesting occurred when he saw a shooting star soared over head and landed somewhere in the forest.
''I want to check something out. I'll be right back,'' Ben announced as he threw on a jacket and went in the direction of the shooting star as Gwen called out to him.
''Ben wait! It could be dangerous.'' Gwen cautioned him. They hadn't searched the area and there could be wild animals nearby.
''I'll be fine,'' He shouted back not waiting for any other declarations to stop him. He grabbed his Plumber issued Tech Blaster and went deeper into the woods.
He traveled through the forest following the smoke and the smell of some sort of metal. He came to a crater and walked down as he noticed a glowing green light. The first thing that came to mine was radiation, but the atmosphere would have been toxic in some manner if that was the case. He got closer to the wreckage and saw it was some sort of pod. The pod opened and a watch like device appeared. ''What on Earth!'' Did some alien inadvertently sent another weapon to their planet or something along those lines? He was going to have to contact his grandfather about this.
Suddenly the thing latched onto his hard. No matter the amount of force Ben used it wouldn't budge. ''Oh crap!'' he murmured as he tried to get the device off his hand. Many scenarios going through his head, such as the watch being a tracking device for some crazed hillbilly hunters.
After another minute of trying he relented and climbed out of the crater where Gwen was waiting for him.
''Ben why did you...what is with that watch? You didn't have it before. What did you do?'' she asked as Ben groaned. Why did she think he was always up or doing something?
''It's not my fault. I found some strange wreckage and this thing was contained in the pod. It then latched onto me and I can't get it off.''
''Have you tried activating it?'' Gwen asked.
Ben hesitantly looked down at the device. It didn't look like any of the bombs or other dangerous devices they learned in academy. On the other hand he didn't want to keep it on much longer when it could be a potentially fatal item. He activated the dial after twisting it for a few moments when a face popped up. The silhouette of something humanoid appeared and he pressed down on it. Gwen shielded her eyes and stepped back as a bright green light enveloped the area. The light died down to reveal a humanoid being, much taller than Ben and made out of fire. He was a mixture of orangish-yellow with patches of red all over his skin saved for his face that was like a candle flame.
''BEN! You're on fire!'' Gwen shouted in disbelief.
''Whoa! I am!'' he exclaimed in awe. ''And it doesn't even hurt.''
''You...You've become a Pyronite!'' she exclaimed with the same shout of disbelief. ''Let's go call Grandpa. Maybe he'll know something,'' she suggested.
It took all but three minutes to explain what happened when they got to the camp site and phone up Max on the RV's private computer''...and this is the result?'' Max finishes as the two teens nodded. Max sighed as he tried to figure something else by accessing the Plumber's database. With the search coming up empty Max gave them altered map of where they should go so the three of them could meet up. Rumors of some rogue alien elements getting past the blockade had been keeping the Earth division of Plumbers busy meaning that Max couldn't come and find them immediately.
After five more minutes passed Ben decided to try something else. In another flash of light he transformed in some sort of beast. Vaguely canine-looking with features between a lion and gorilla hybrid. Not to mention gills on his neck which seemed to give him radar like sight due to the fact this form didn't have eyes.
The Vulpimancer turned to the voice as its tail moved about slightly.
''You shouldn't screw around with the watch.'' she chided him with that stern gaze of hers. ''What if you turn into something dangerous?'' The Vulpimancer started to sniff Gwen.
''Hey you...what are you...'' she trailed off as the creature knocked her down and began licking her face. ''Stop it!'' she weakly said, her face heating up from embarrassment. She supposed she could have hit him with a mana burst, but it wasn't like she wanted to hurt her cousin. Especially considering that unlike the common Vulpimancer he wasn't acting rather violently or territorial. After a few moments the transformation ended with Ben in mid-licking Gwen's cheeks. Both of their faces heated up like crazy and he jumped away.
''I ugh...it was the watch.'' he lamely offered up.
''Right...the watch.'' Gwen agreed, wanting to erase the memory from her mind.
While this was going on up in a space a ship that was fresh out of battle was undergoing repairs. In rejuvenation tank was a bluish-green squid like alien who was worse for wear. Three of his limbs were practically gone, with only a small portion of his right arm intact. While he was being healed by tiny machines a subordinate was informing him of something.
''Sir, during our battle with the Uxorite Xylene when our bridge was damaged many of our systems along with our systems were damaged. It will take weeks before our ship will be fixed my Excellency. Our trackers have indicated a transmission from the Omnitrix. It has been active for about three hours my Excellency.''
''Send the drones to those coordinates and retrieve it now!''
Ben's body jerked as he gaze went to the trees. Gwen's voice was a faint whisper in compared to the noise coming from the trees.
''Ben what's Wraaaaah!'' Ben tackled Gwen to the ground as a laser beam shot right over them.
''Gwen stay down...'' Ben told her as he got up and activated the Omnitrix. A large orange machine with four metallic legs ripped the trees out of its path. From its head emerged some kind of scanner as it locked onto Ben.
''Target Located! Destroy Life Form and Acquire Object!'' Its cold metallic voice stated.
''Time to turn up the heat then ugly!"' Ben slammed his hand down onto the watch.
Instead of turning into a humanoid form of fire Ben found himself turned into some sort of creature made out of a green diamond like substance.
''Wait...am I a diamonded...'' Before he could finish his swear he was blasted by the red beam by the metallic creature sending him crashing towards several trees.
''Ben!'' Gwen shouted out to him, first thought on her mind was protecting him. ''Hey you scrap of garbage! Stay away from him!'' she shouted as Magneta energy charged in her hands and she sent a powerful burst at its head causing one of its laser blasts to miss its target.
Ben stood up and shook off the attack. ''Hardly fazed. Man I feel invincible!'' Come on Ben think. What do you know about...whatever this species was called. He thought as he charged forward, determined to keep the machine from hurting anyone, especially Gwen.
Moving at him with its spider like legs from whom who of the hatches Saws were produce and revved up.
The diamond creature's hand shift into spiky crystals and were fired at the machine. The crystals made scratches but the dents were hardly enough to slow down the machine as it steadily advanced. ''Fine! Close range it is!'' Focusing again the crystals shifted into one large blade. Ben charged forward and thrust his arm forward as the Saws connected with it. Sparks started to fly about as the saws began to ground at the tough diamond like subject until its edges started to dent and fly apart. Picking up one of the saw blades Ben stabbed into the creature's arm.
He was able to pierce the hull. He was knocked back by one of the creature's leg and landed on the ground on his side with a thud. ''Man! This is going to be tougher than I thought.'' he concluded when Gwen suddenly lassoed the machine with her mana. It seemed intent on ignoring her as it slowly dragged her, causing the red-head to exert some effort. ''Ben...hurry...I can't hold it much longer.''
He attacked the hole again, making the piercing in the machine even larger. Taking careful aim he shot several crystals into the machine hoping to damage its circuits. As luck would have it the foreign material in the machine caused it's systems to work triple time trying to run despite the clog. The machine began to overheat and exploded.
''Well at least that takes care of that. '' Out of the green light came an exhausted Ben.
Meanwhile outside of earth in the orbit of another Galaxy the feedback of this battle was being sent to a vessel. ''Lord Vilgax after 30 minutes the Omnitrix has timed out. Both of the drones have been terminated. Should I send a collector to salvage the box, so we can extract information from the combat?''
''Do so immediately. Whoever this being is was able to partially unlock the Omnitrix's Master Control. I want you to use that new Serum we acquired.''
''Lord Vilgax that serum is untested it could...''
''Do not question my command drone. It is imperative my recovery is sped up before that being learns how to harness the Omnitrix and become an actual threat.''
The drone merely complied, not wanting to anger his master any further.
Ben soon woke up on his bed with Gwen sitting by his side, placing a newly refreshed towel on his head. ''I'm glad you're awake.'' Gwen remarked, brushing some hair from her bang to her side. ''I swear, you're always so reckless.'' normally she would have lectured Ben, but too much had happened tonight. ''But you did good.''
''Thanks Gwen...and I know, I really am awesome.'' he remarked with a cheeky grin as Gwen groaned and threw the pillow on her lap at his head, causing him to chuckle. ''Oh come on, admit it, you know you want to.''
''I swear you're just so thick I don't even know why I was worried.'' Gwen shot back over her shoulder as she exited the door to serve herself some soup.
Ben merely chuckled and adjusted himself on the bed. Things were definitely going to be interesting this summer.
