Beginning Author's Note:
Hey peoples! I am proud to say this is my second FanFiction! Still, go easy on me with the reviews, please! Here's a summary of the story: Who knew sparring could turn into such childish pleasure? … then romance. One-shot. This was just a little something that came to me, plus I wanted to see what writing a one-shot was like! B.T.W.: This is rated T for the PERVERTS who may interpret parts sexually. Live long, and love millipedes!

It was a rare occasion when Robin and Starfire were left alone in the tower. Robin loved it … and hated it. He loved spending time with Starfire, and her bubbly personality. However he hated how vulnerable he felt around her when they were … alone. Lately he had realized his feelings for her, and how long he had had them. He had to talk to her, but what could he possibly say that wouldn't sound stupid? He finally took the plunge, willing to say anything after sitting with her, on the couch wordlessly for about 10 minutes.
"Hey Star, do you wanna make ou- I mean … spar?"
Anything but that. He wanted to kill his raging teenage hormones for putting that idea into his head. He thanked God Starfire probably didn't know the term 'making out'.
"But Robin, that would not be fair!" said Starfire.
"Why? I've trained all of you to spar."
"I meant for you."
Robin looked surprised.
"Ha, ha, very funny. Let's see how you do without your powers."
Starfire gave him a defiant glare, but got up and went to the training room.
At first their sparring mach started as a bunch of missed punches toward one another, but then further progressed, as Starfire actually got a hit in. She was thoroughly surprised, seeing as Robin had much more experience in this than she did. After a millisecond inspection she saw that Robin was unharmed, so she allowed a ghost of a smile to creep upon her face. Just then Robin swept Starfire's feet from under her.
"First lesson, don't get cocky until you win." teased Robin with a smile.
He pinned Starfire and began running his moving fingers up and down her sides. At first Starfire was unsure of what he was doing, but then she felt it.
"Robin! Stop tickling me!" Starfire laughed.
Starfire continued to laugh, and Robin joined in.
"Robin! Stop! Is this not childish to do in a sparring match?"
"Eh, I don't care!"
"Robin you do realize that I can pin you easily now, correct?" she laughed.
"Then why don't you!"
They both continued laughing, and having fun together. It was then that Robin took the time to notice the beauty of the Tameranean girl laying in front of him, and stopped tickling her. They both stared at one another, until they both gave a silent 'okay' to each other.
The teenagers leaned in until their lips brushed in a soft kiss.
"That was…wonderful." breathed Starfire.
Just then Starfire flipped Robin over, and pinned him.
"I win!" she declared with a smile.
End Author's Note:
Wow, I think I wrote that in 30 minutes! Is that fast? Even if it isn't, it is for me!. Anyway, if you think Starfire ruined the moment there, she didn't. In their playful relationship (if you will imagine with me) they would have just continued kissing afterwards. No flames, please! Millipede out!
