So this is just a short little Future!Niff I wrote when I was bored one day. :P Enjoy! Review? :D

"Hey, um, Kaleigh, I've got it from here. Just… go." Nick and Jeff looked on in confusion as their son, Dylan, shooed his twin sister out of the room. She sat in there with her two dads for almost an hour talking about how cool and fun and cute Dylan's best friend, Logan, was. Dylan stood awkwardly in the door frame, kicking at the ground.

"Dylan, what's the matter?" Nick started, carefully. Dylan has been acting very strange and distant the past couple of weeks.

"Well, um, okay. Dad, Pa, I was wondering…" Dylan bit at his lip, a trait he earned from Jeff, and looked up warily at them. "If, maybe…" the fourteen-year-old looked incredibly uncomfortable.

Jeff turned to his husband and raised his eyebrows. "Yes..?"

"Well, Logan's coming to pick me up to go to the park…" Dylan looked up at his two dads who's faces were of utter confusion.

"Like, a play-date?" Jeff asked, scrunching his eyebrows together. Why did Dylan feel the need to ask? Usually he just tells his dads, as he's walking out the door.

Dylan sighed at the term 'play-date' and swiped his blond, messy hair out of his eyes. "No, dad." He looked down at his feet again. "I mean, a real date." He mumbled, almost incoherently.

"Yeah, sure. About time you two got together." Nick huffed, and Dylan looked up at him. His dads had the biggest grins plastered on their faces, and Dylan couldn't stop himself from running up to them, almost knocking them over with a bear hug.

"What were you so worried about?" Jeff said, quirking an eyebrow.

"Yeah, did you really think we weren't going to… accept you or something?" Nick questioned, pointing between him and Jeff.

"No! No, not that. It's just-" Dylan thought out loud. "I mean, I don't know. It's just weird coming out, you know?" Dylan pointed out and his two dads nodded, agreeing.

"So, there's your boyfriend," Jeff pointed at the door as their doorbell rang through the house, "go kiss him now."

"Dad!" Dylan exclaimed, his face beet red. He opened the door with a huge grin.

"I did it!" Dylan yelled and threw his arms around Logan. It took Logan a second to realize what he meant.

"What? That's great!" He hugged his boyfriend back hard. As he turned to Nick and Jeff he began to ask, "And you guys are okay with i- oh, wait. Never mind." His face got really hot and he face-palmed himself. Nick and Jeff just chuckled.

"Alright, you two. Go have fun. But listen to me now, no funny business." Nick threatened, half-heartily, and Kaleigh began howling in laughter from the couch. Logan blushed furiously again and stared at his feet. "Oh, of c-course." He stammered and Dylan just giggled next to him. He took his hand and they walked out the front door.

Jeff shut it behind them and Kaleigh appeared next to them. "You say 'no funny business' as if you didn't see them making out on the front porch last month."

Nick shrugged and walked into the kitchen, all the while Jeff stomping behind him screaming, "WHAT? And you didn't decide to TELL ME ABOUT IT?"
