There is no eulogy that could properly say what Olivia meant to Peter.
No words could express his love. And he couldn't say anything about letting her go, because he strongly intends not to do that.
He never was good at letting things go, and he isn't just going to start now.
He wants to tell everyone at that funeral that all of it was his fault. He is the reason that their Olivia is lying dead in a coffin.
But that wouldn't be a proper sendoff.
So he writes her a clichéd eulogy.
It's far from worthy of her.
