Disclaimer: Neither the boys nor anything related to Supernatural belongs to me. I'm just having some fun with the boys, playing around with Eric Kripke's sandbox.

Lightning tore through the night sky, jagged tongues licking at the briefly illuminated storm clouds. Dean tossed restlessly on top of the blanket. An enormous crack of thunder exploded overhead, and Dean felt a surge of adrenalin shoot through his body. He jumped up, quickly pulling on his jacket.

"I gotta get outta here."

"Dean, it's the middle of the night and there's a hurricane blowing outside! You can't go anywhere."

"I don't care. I c-can't be in here." He threw open the door, bolting into the night, ignoring the tempest blowing around him.

He hadn't made it far when he felt two hands grip his shoulders. Dean turned and blindly, but viciously swung at the source of restraint, pleased when his fist met solid flesh. He drew back to land another.

"Dean! Dean, stop!"

But it was too late and the blow connected hard. The grip didn't loosen though, and Dean renewed his struggle. The weather worked against him, though, as a hard gust of wind nearly took him off his feet. The faceless monster finished the job, and Dean lay panting on the wet ground.

"Dean, it's me!"

The "monster" finally morphed into his brother. Dean shuddered.
