Hey guys! I am finally back with the last chapter of this fanfic :) I hope you like it!

This is un-beta'd so I apologize in advance!

Thank you to everybody that has made me a cover and thank you to all of my loyal readers.

Enjoy :D

Caroline looked at herself in the full-length mirror. She ran her hands down her white bridal gown and sighed as she took in her beauty.

Never before did Caroline actually believe that she was beautiful but at this moment, right there and then, she felt like the most beautiful and luckiest girl in the world.

Caroline was brought back to the present when she heard Bonnie's shrill scream.

"Bonnie!?" Caroline cried out as she ran outside. Caroline held her dress as she tried not to trip over her own feet.

When Caroline got to Bonnie she had her hand on her heart.

"What the hell!?" Caroline cried out, her blue eyes wide with worry.

"I—I got scared. A bird flew right at the window." Bonnie stuttered.

"Since when do birds fly at the window?" Caroline asked as she raised her eyebrows in confusion.

"I don't know. I'm so sorry Care… I didn't mean to scare you." Bonnie apologized.

"It's alright," Caroline smiled at the elegantly dressed girl.

Bonnie nodded and looked over at Caroline.

"Wow Care, yo—you look so beautiful." Bonnie complimented.

"Thanks Bon, you look beautiful as well." Caroline smiled at her friend.

Bonnie nodded and looked at the window one last time before looking back at the blonde bride.

"Where are Kat and 'Lena?" Caroline asked.

"They're still getting ready." Bonnie told her.

"Alright," Caroline smiled.

Caroline noticed that Bonnie seemed to be nervous and she asked, "Are you sure everything is okay?"

"Yeah of course," Bonnie smiled reassuringly.

"Alright, can you please help me with my zipper?" Caroline asked.

"Mhm," Bonnie smiled as she walked over to the bride in the beautiful and elegant white dress.

Bonnie helped Caroline with her zipper and the twins finally joined them in the living room.

"Caroline you look so beautiful!" Elena cooed and Katherine nodded in agreement.

"And oh my god Bonnie, you look stunning! Kol is definitely going to be enamored with you even more." Elena complimented.

"Thanks," Bonnie blushed.

"Thank you ladies, you both look wonderful as well." Caroline told Katherine and Elena.

The girls stayed in a comfortable silence and then Elena spoke up.

"Where are the two of you going for your honeymoon?" She asked Caroline.

"I actually don't know yet… Nik hasn't told me anything."

"How are you so patient?" Katherine asked.

"I don't know, I guess I just know that whatever Nik has planned is going to be very memorable."

"He's a keeper Care; the two of you deserve one another." Bonnie smiled.

"Thank you," Caroline said reciprocating the smile.

Katherine heard the phone ring and she quickly retrieved it from the table.

"Hello?" She asked, putting the phone to her ear.

"Yes hello there, this is Maxwell and I will be the limo driver."

"Oh of course, hello Maxwell. Give me a minute I will hand the phone over to our bride." Katherine smiled as she handed the phone to Elena and Elena handed the phone to Caroline.

"Hello?" Caroline asked.

"Miss Forbes, hello. I was wondering if you and your bridesmaids are ready."

Caroline nodded once and looked over at her elegantly dressed friends.

"We are indeed."

"Very good, I am right outside. Are you ready to come outside?" He asked curiously.

"Good, and Miss Forbes, I already picked up the Mikaelson women."

"Awesome, thank you so much Maxwell. We'll be out in a few!" Caroline said before she hung up on him.

"He's downstairs already?" Bonnie asked.

"Yeah, are you girls' ready?" Caroline asked her friends.

"We are, yeah. The question is… are you?" Katherine questioned.

"Yes," Caroline said immediately.

"Well then let's get this show on the road!" Katherine said as she clapped her hands together and the girls grabbed their purses.

When Caroline and her best friends were downstairs the limo driver opened the door for them and the four of them settled into the car. Rebekah and Sage already sat there.

"Caroline, you look beautiful!" Rebekah beamed at her future sister in law.

"Thanks," Caroline smiled at her.

Even though Caroline didn't exactly give Rebekah a good first impression the two still got along and Caroline was thankful for that.

"You girls look lovely!" Sage complimented them.

"Thank you, Sage. I love that dress!" Bonnie said.

"Thanks," Sage smiled. "My husband wasn't very fond of it because he thought it was to revealing." Sage added as she rolled her eyes.

"Your husband is an idiot." Rebekah said as she rolled her eyes.

"Pretty much," Sage shrugged.

The girls burst out laughing and the limo driver drove off.

As the girls arrived at the banquet hall, the limo driver helped them out of the limo.

Caroline took in a deep breath as she entered the hotel that their party would be hosted at.

"You okay, Care?" Bonnie asked her best friend.

"Yeah… I'm good, just nervous." Caroline admitted.

Bonnie nodded and outstretched her hand for Caroline to take. Caroline took her best friend's hand gratefully and the two walked the whole way to the banquet hall.

When the women arrived at the banquet hall, Caroline looked around the lit up hall with a big smile on her lips.

Her friends walked away from her as they studied the banquet hall and Caroline stood in a corner with her big smile still plastered on her lips.

Before Caroline could join her friends she was being pulled back into a dark corner. Caroline panicked but a big hand covered her mouth before she could scream.

Caroline began to shriek as she tried to get a look at the person that had his hand over her mouth.

"Relax, love. It's just me." Klaus whispered into her ear.

Caroline could feel a jolt of electricity pass through her as she listened to his voice. She would never get tired of his voice and she knew that.

"Now, I am going to remove my hand and go to our suite. Come up." He said his voice sexily low as he slipped the key card into her hands.

When Klaus removed his hands he disappeared and Caroline let out a deep breath. She was going to give him hell because he scared the living shit out of her.

Two minutes later, Caroline joined her friends and took Katherine, Elena, and Bonnie to the side.

"Everything okay?" Elena asked the bride.

"Yeah, everything's fine but I am going to go up to the suite." Caroline said.

"Why? Do you have a headache or something?" Katherine asked as she began to panic.

"No, no… I just need to be alone for a minute. You know, this is actually happening and I am nervous as fuck so I just need to relax alone for a bit. I'll be down in like half an hour." Caroline said as she smiled at them reassuringly.

"Alright…" The girls said in unison.

Caroline nodded at them and left the banquet hall. Caroline felt weird as she walked towards the elevator because of the different eyes that landed on her.

One man in particular caught her attention. He sat in the lobby and had his eyes glued to the newspaper. Caroline could feel the corner of his eyes on her, though. She turned to the man subtly and her eyes raked over his face.

He had blonde hair that slipped over his eyes and piercing blue eyes. He was fair skinned and Caroline noticed that he was broadly built.

Caroline felt as if she knew him but quickly shook her head when she realized that he was probably some stranger.

As Caroline entered the elevator her eyes traveled back to the man in the lobby. Her heart seemed to tug in familiarity but she didn't know why.

Maybe he was with her in the foster home?

Caroline shook her head and pressed the correct button.

When Caroline got to the penthouse, she slipped the key card into the door and entered the room.

She looked around the darkened area and switched the lights on.

"Nik?" She questioned.

"In here!" He called out from the master bedroom.

Caroline walked over to the master bedroom and spotted Klaus sitting on the love seat with a sketchbook in his hands.

"What the hell, Nik! You scared the shit out of me! I thought I was going to get kidnapped or something." Caroline said as she walked over to him angrily and hit him on the arm.

"Sorry, Care—you look beautiful." He said as he took in his wife to be.

"Thank you." She smiled at him happily. "I'm still mad at you though!" She added angrily.

Klaus gave her his puppy dog eyes and Caroline crossed her arms over his chest.

"Come here," Klaus said.

"Why?" Caroline questioned as she tried to peer over the sketchbook.

"I want to show you something." Klaus told her.

"Fine," Caroline said as she walked over to him.

Klaus showed her the sketch and Caroline's eyes widened. She could feel the tears coming to her eyes as she looked down at the sketch.

"Was that me?" Caroline questioned as she looked down at the crying baby in Klaus' little arms.

"Yeah," Klaus nodded as a small smile appeared on her lips.

Caroline took the sketchbook out of Klaus' hands and studied every part of it.

Caroline could see the familiar lavender painted room and the different toys that were spread around the room even though the sketch was not yet colored. She then turned her attention to a three year old Nik and a one year old her.

"You were three, Nik. How do you even remember how I looked as a baby?" Caroline asked as she smiled at the sketch and then at him.

"I didn't at first but I did some research and found it. Do you like it?" Klaus asked unsure of himself.

"I love it," She nodded as she sat down on his lap. Caroline looped her arms around his neck and gave him a kiss on the lips.

Klaus smiled relieved and brought her closer to him. His hands ran down her back and over to the zipper.

He was about to pull the zipper down but Caroline stopped him.

"Our wedding starts in an hour." Caroline reminded him.

"I know," He sighed as he kissed her on the forehead.

"You know… its bad luck for a groom to see his bride before the official ceremony." Caroline said as she put her hand on his arm.

"I don't believe in that." Klaus told her.

"You never did believe any of those stereotypes, huh?" Caroline questioned.

"Nope. All I know is that I am marrying the woman of my dreams. You were my best friend Caroline and I can't wait for you to officially become my wife."

A small tear slid down her cheek and Klaus wiped it away softly with his index finger.

"I don't want you to cry, Caroline. This is your wedding day." Klaus told her as he smiled.

"Our wedding day." She corrected him.

"Our wedding day," He repeated as a big smile lit up his features.

"You're not dressed yet." Caroline said as she frowned at him. Caroline got off of his lap.

"I know," Klaus said as he stood up and placed the sketchpad in the now vacant chair.

"Good," Caroline said as she walked over to him and kissed him on the lips. She scratched at his Henley and Klaus looked down at her confused.

"I thought…" He said.

"I don't care. We'll just be fashionably late." Caroline said as she pulled back and helped him out of his Henley.

"Are you sure? I mean, I'm up for this…" Klaus admitted.

"I'm sure. What's the difference? We're going to do this again tonight and the next day and the next day and the next day…" She continued a seductive smile on her glossy lips.

Klaus nodded and unzipped her wedding dress. He could feel his manhood begin to twitch and harden.

Klaus knew that he would never get tired of Caroline. He would never get tired of having her by his side.

He removed her dress and the dress fell to the floor. Caroline stepped out of her dress and stood in front of Klaus in her pink laced corset and thong.

Klaus stood back for a minute and his eyes roamed over her body hungrily. She was perfect and his breath continued to be taken away even though they've done it plenty of times before.

Klaus then closed the space between them and pulled her to him quickly. Caroline removed his belt buckle and rid him of his jeans.

The two now stood only in their undergarments.

Caroline pushed Klaus into the four poster mattress and he quickly switched their positions.

Klaus was now on top of Caroline. Caroline tugged at his boxer briefs impatiently and he pulled them off. Klaus removed Caroline's corset and her thong followed shortly after.

His teeth grazed the sensitive skin surrounding her areola and Caroline moaned in delight. She ran her long nails down his naked back and Klaus groaned as he felt her nails running down his back.

Klaus left a trail of kisses down Caroline's torso and when he reached her most private area he kissed it.

Caroline could feel a shudder run down her spine as his tongue licked at her center. Caroline wanted to pleasure him as he did her and so she ran her fingers through his messy blonde curls before switching their positions.

Klaus lay on his back now as Caroline lay on top of him. She looked like a beautiful fierce lioness as her blonde hair fell over her eyes and face.

Caroline nipped at his neck softly and Klaus moaned as he felt her lips on his neck. He could hear his erratic heartbeat and Caroline's as if they were one.

When Caroline was done sucking on his neck she moved down to his torso. She licked her way down his torso and Klaus grabbed her waist and pulled her down.

Caroline moaned as his big hands grabbed her ass. He squeezed her ass and Caroline almost forgot how to breathe.

When Caroline finally reached his length, her mouth surrounded his head. She bit down on it softly and Klaus groaned.

He had to be inside of her.

Klaus switched their positions immediately and thrust into her without a warning.

Caroline cried out as she adjusted to his length inside of her. Her hips bucked as he continued to thrust in and out of her quickly.

He could feel her slick walls begin to tighten around his cock and he grinned. He loved making her come.

Not one minute later did she reach her climax; Caroline moaned as she came down from the euphoric feeling.

Caroline was now satisfied but she knew that Klaus was not and so she bucked her hips and he hit her in her sensitive spot.

Five minutes later Caroline came twice more and Klaus finally reached his climax. He emptied himself into her and pulled out of her.

The two now lay together in a sweaty heap. Caroline knew that her makeup was probably running down her cheeks as they lay there but she didn't care. Not at that moment.

"That was…" Caroline began.

"Perfect. Great. Wonderful. Fantastic." Klaus finished.

"Yeah," She agreed as she put her head on his chest.

Klaus drew small circles around her arm and Caroline buried herself deeper into his chest.

The pair lay there for the next twenty minutes and pretended as if they were the only ones that existed.

"We should get ready." Klaus said, breaking the comfortable silence.

"Yeah," Caroline nodded as she got out of bed.

She walked over to her undergarments and pulled them on.

"Hey Nik?" Caroline asked.

"Yes, love?" Klaus questioned as he got out of bed as well.

"Help me with my corset, please?"

"Of course," Klaus nodded as he walked over to her and helped her with the corset.

His manhood was touching her backside and Caroline let out a deep breath.

"Put something on or else I'll be forced to jump your bones yet again and we won't make it to the wedding. Our wedding." Caroline sighed.

"As you wish, my love." Klaus said as he walked over to his boxers and pulled them on.

"Better?" Klaus asked innocently.

"No," She admitted as she walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his torso.

She kissed him on the lips and he reciprocated.

"Maybe we should just ditch our wedding." Klaus said.

"No. No way. We're going to go down there and then we will come up here and do as we did." Caroline said as she bent down to retrieve the dress that lay in a pile on the floor.

Klaus crossed his arms over his chest and bit down on his bottom lip as he saw her ass in the air.

He groaned and Caroline turned to him quickly.

"Sorry," She apologized as she quickly pulled on her dress.

"Don't be." Klaus said as he walked over to the closet and took out his tuxedo.

He pulled on the white button down shirt.

"Nik? Can you zip me up?" Caroline asked.

Klaus nodded and walked over to her. He moved her hair to the side and zipped her dress up. Caroline turned to him and buttoned up his button down shirt.

"My makeup looks horrible." She said sadly as she finished buttoning the last button.

"You look magnificent, Caroline." Klaus reassured her.

"Thanks," She blushed as she handed him the pants

Klaus pulled them on and a couple of minutes later, the both of them were ready.

"I'll see you in a bit." Caroline told him as he walked her to the door.

Klaus nodded and gave her another kiss on her lips.

Caroline smiled at him and fixed his tie before leaving the penthouse suite.

When Caroline finally got downstairs, she looked around the lobby once more and saw the same man still sitting there.

The man caught her eyes and she quickly looked away and made her way into the banquet hall.

The guests were beginning to arrive and she waved at them with a big smile on her lips.

"Where the hell have you been!?" Katherine questioned.

"Well…" Caroline began to say.

"Forget I asked but you do know that the sex happens after the wedding, right?" Katherine questioned.

"Shut up," Caroline said as she rolled her eyes at her best friend.

Katherine shrugged and walked Caroline over to the bridal room. Caroline went inside and smiled when she spotted her mother sitting there.

"I thought you and Nik ran off to elope." Liz admitted.

"We wanted too, but we changed our minds." Caroline shrugged.

Liz grinned at her daughter and pulled her in for a hug.

"Are you ready?" Liz questioned.

"Yup!" Caroline beamed.

"Good," Liz said relieved.

Forty minutes later, Caroline's father waited for her outside of the bridal room.

Klaus already stood near the stage and the guests were all seated.

Klaus couldn't wait to exchange his vows with the love of his life. It would be perfect.

Klaus looked around the banquet hall and spotted some people that he didn't recognize. They probably knew Caroline, he shrugged.

There were a number of middle aged couples that sat in the right wing and a young man that seemed to be in his mid-twenties.

The man had piercing blue eyes and blonde hair that slipped over his eyes.

The bridesmaids got ready to enter.

The girls paired up with the groomsmen as a soft melody began to play. When they were already there Caroline left the bridal room and smiled at her father.

"Care… You look so beautiful." He said as his voice broke.

"Daddy, don't cry." Caroline said.

"I can't help it. You're all grown up!"

"Bill, how about we cry afterwards?" Liz questioned her husband as she ran a soothing hand down his back.

Bill nodded and looped Caroline's arm through his.

The bridal tune began to play and the two walked over to the groom, bridesmaids, and groomsmen.

Caroline smiled as she spotted Klaus just a couple of inches from her. Klaus smiled back at her and the man watched the exchange as he bit down on his bottom lip.

Bill gave his daughter away to Klaus and Klaus shook his hand.

"You're a good choice for her, Niklaus. Protect her, love her, and most of all care about her." Bill said.

"Of course, Mr. Forbes. Always." Klaus smiled.

Bill nodded before he walked to the table that his wife and friends sat at.

Klaus reached for Caroline's hand and the two stood facing each other as the revered took out the bible.

"We are gathered here today to celebrate the greatest day in these youngsters life. If anybody objects, speak now or forever hold your peace." He said. When nobody objected the revered continued.

"Do you Niklaus Xavier Mikaelson take Caroline Natalie Forbes to be your wife?"

"I do," Klaus nodded as he put the ring on her ring finger. "I promise to always love you and to protect you. I promise to stay with you forever and I promise to you that I love you with all of my heart. Caroline, you're the love of my life. You always were, and when we rekindled our friendship I couldn't believe it. After I was adopted I thought I would never see you again but here we are." Klaus smiled.

Caroline nodded as she wiped a stray tear. The man that stood in the darkened corner could feel his heart constrict.

The reverend nodded and then turned to Caroline.

"Do you Caroline Natalie Forbes take Niklaus Xavier Mikaelson to be your husband?"

"I do," Caroline said immediately and then slipped the ring onto his ring finger. "Nik, I love you with all my heart. You are the second greatest thing that happened to me. First being my parents. My parents that took me in. When you left me I was sad. I thought we would lose contact and we did for fifteen years until that night. I love you Nik. You will always be my one and only. You protected me when we were in the foster home and to this day you still do." Caroline said.

The man that stood in the darkened corner cleared his throat but nobody turned to him.

Klaus smiled at her and nodded.

"Very well! I now pronounce you man and wife!" The revered announced. "You may now kiss the bride." He added.

Klaus didn't have to be asked twice as he placed a finger under her chin and kissed her with everything he had. The room erupted into applause and the two pulled away.

As the wedding progressed, Caroline walked over to the musician and said, "May I sing a song for my husband?"

"Of course, which one is it?" He asked.

"Everything has changed by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran." She told him and he told the guests to quiet down.

Caroline thanked him and reached for the microphone. The lights were dimmed and Caroline called for Klaus.

Klaus quickly made his way towards her and stood by her side.

"I want to sing a song to my husband." Caroline announced.

The guests clapped their hands and Caroline smiled as the melody began.

All I knew this morning when I woke
Is I know something now, know something now I didn't before.
And all I've seen since eighteen hours ago
Is blue eyes and dimples in your smile
In the back of my mind making me feel right

Caroline sang as Klaus reached for her hand and listened to her angelic voice with a smile on his lips.

I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now

I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you, know you, know you

'Cause all I know is we said, "Hello."
And your eyes look like coming home
All I know is a simple name
Everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
You'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed

And all my walls stood tall painted blue
And I'll take them down, take them down and open up the door for you

And all I feel in my stomach is butterflies
The beautiful kind, making up for lost time,
Taking flight, making me feel right

I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you, know you, know you

'Cause all I know is we said, "Hello."
And your eyes look like coming home
All I know is a simple name
Everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
And you'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed

Come back and tell me why
I'm feeling like I've missed you all this time, oh, oh, oh.
And meet me there tonight
And let me know that it's not all in my mind.

I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now
I just wanna know you, know you, know you

All I know is we said, "Hello."
And your eyes look like coming home
All I know is a simple name
Everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
You'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed

All I know is we said, "Hello."
So dust off your highest hopes
All I know is pouring rain and everything has changed
All I know is a new found grace
All my days I'll know your face
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed

When Caroline finished singing the song, Klaus reached for her and kissed her on the lips. The guests erupted into applause as the song finished.

"Thank you," Klaus thanked her.

"For what?" Caroline asked her voice small.

"For everything." He smiled.

Caroline nodded and the music started to play.

When the wedding was over, the newly wedded couple walked up to their suite.

They changed out of their clothing and into something more comfortable.

"So where are we going?" Caroline asked as she pulled on her white summer dress.

"It's a surprise, come on." Klaus said as he reached for her hand.

They ran out of the hotel and into the limousine that read Just Married. Klaus took out a tie and covered her eyes with it.

"Hey!" She shouted.

"We'll be there in a bit." He told her.

When they finally got to the clearing, Klaus helped her out of the limousine. They walked over to the private jet and Klaus removed the tie.

"You got me a private jet?" Caroline asked as her eyes widened.

"Something like that." Klaus said as he helped her into the jet.

"Can you tell me where, we're going now?"

"We could go anywhere." Klaus said.

"Anywhere?" Caroline asked surprised.

"Anywhere," He nodded.

"I love you, Nik." Caroline said as she hugged him.

"I love you too."

"Let's go to Berlin." Caroline said.

"Let's," Klaus said as he reached for the phone and dialed the pilot's number.

When he told him where they wanted to go, the jet took off.

"How about we retire to the bedroom?" Caroline whispered into his ear seductively but innocent.

Klaus smiled and picked her up. Caroline wrapped her arms around his neck as he walked them over to the master bedroom.

The two were finally married.
