Back on the island season 5 was taking place. It was Heroes and Villains and Courtney was still really bitter about the whole Gwen and Duncan thing. It wasn't really because she was bitter, she was more hurt then anything. Courtney found herself going every night to the dock of shame just so she could sit there and have time to herself. Duncan actually tried to apologize for what happened between them and wanted to at least be friends. Courtney's pride was just too important for her to forgive either of them. Tonight was no different, She would sit at the docks and wonder what she did wrong to make him cheat.

"Courtney?" Chris approached her "Mind if I sit down?"

"I'd really rather you didn't" Courtney told him but he ignored her and sat anyway.

"So, do you wanna talk about it?" Chris asked her.

"Talk about what?" Courtney rolled her eyes "I'm fine."

"Then why are you sitting here every night?" Chris asked her.

"Why are you watching me every night?" Courtney glared at him "Just leave me alone."

"I'm watching you because I'm worried about you." Chris told her "You're very pretty, you know that right?"

"If I'm so pretty he wouldn't have cheated on me." Courtney rolled her eyes "It's all my fault he did it."

"You're being too harsh on yourself." Chris told her "You can always find someone else."

"Trent already asked me out." Courtney sighed "It's just not the same, I'm done dating total drama contestants."

"How about a host?" Chris winked at her "I'd be more than happy to help you forget about Duncan."

"Are you openly hitting on me?" Courtney squinted her eyes and was confused.

"Do you think I'm hitting on you?" Chris smirked.

"Yes!" Courtney told him "It's really obvious that I'm not in the mood."

"I think you are." Chris started to unbutton her shirt. "It's not going to do you an harm."

"Chris!" Courtney slapped his hand away. "I'm not looking to date anyone. Especially you, Do you realize all the hell you have put me through?"

"Well excuse me for trying to get laid." Chris rolled his eyes "I'm not even asking you to be in a relationship with me."

"Then what are you asking for?" Courtney asked him.

"I'm asking you to lay down on your back on this dock and let me show you what I can do." Chris smirked at her before leaning in and kissing her on the lips. "If you want me to stop at any time, I will."

"The Cameras..." Courtney motioned to the 6 cameras and looked at Chris.

"I turned them off before I even came over here." Chris winked at her "C'mon Courtney! You know you always wanted to have sex with the host! or at least make out with me."

"Chris, I just don't think this is right." Courtney told him "I just want someone to wrap their arms around me like Duncan used to! I want him to leave Gwen and come back to me but I know it's never going to happen and I don't know what I want right now."

"Then just lay down on the docks and let me take care of you." Chris whispered in her ear "Nobody ever has to know. It'll just be between me and you."

Courtney couldn't resist. she knew she didn't have feelings for Chris but at the same time she wanted Duncan and she was willing to settle for Chris. It's been so long she should have been over him but she wasn't she leaned in and kissed Chris and from the point everything was a blur to Courtney. The last thing she even remembered about that night was laying on the docks with Chris's arms around her and looking at him dead in the face and saying.

"You're taking advance of me during one of my weakest moments." Courtney remembered telling him before falling asleep. When she woke up she was back in her cabin. She glanced over and saw how peaceful Gwen was sleeping and couldn't help but wish it was her.
