So here's the song in this oneshot : /watch?v=5n19hMu4yW0 (youtube)

"How was your dinner everyone? Yohohoho~"

"Good!" Everyone in the dining hall shouts in unison.

"Great! Now that our stomach has been filled, although I'm dead and I don't have stomach, yohohoho~ Time to sit back and enjoy a good song," muses Brook as he poise in position with a guitar in his hands, ready to play.

"A song! A song!" whistles Chopper, jumping excitedly in front of the ship musician with eyes sparkling so bright it would put stars to shame. "It's our first one in two years."

"Indeed, yohohoho~ this is a song I learned when we were separated, when I first start to build my stardom," the bony fingers takes its place on the strings before he starts plucking. "It's a bit little slow and gloomy, but it suits the rainy weather outside perfectly."

When you try your best, but you don't succeed
When you get what you want, but not what you need
When you feel so tired, but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse

Sanji continues to wash dishes to the slow melody. Robin taps her finger according to the beat. Zoro closes his eyes as he sits on the floor in a corner, hugging his swords with a smile as he listens.

And the tears come streaming down your face
When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone, but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Nami moves her body from left to right, swaying to the tempo. Usopp, Chopper and Franky each ignites a lighter and raises it to air while waving it to the rhythm of music in front of the musician.

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

"I think I've heard this song many times before," chuckles Luffy lightly as he sits back with legs on the empty table, eyes covered by the straw hat. "But I can't recall where."

And high up above or down below
When you're too in love to let it go
But if you never try you'll never know
Just what you're worth

"Captain, straw hat is having another seizure," reported Shachi with urgency in his tone as he held down the convulsing Luffy.

"Bepo, give him another dose of anti-convulsant – stat," ordered Law as he helped Shachi, avoiding complications that might arise if ever the wires attached to the straw hat captain's body were to detach itself from his sudden aggressive movements.

"Aye, captain!"

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

Shachi wiped the sweat that formed on his brows. "Phew, looks like we manage to control it in time."

"Good job, everyone," breathed the Heart pirate's captain to his crews in the treatment room. "You can go back to sleep. I'll watch over Mugiwara-ya tonight."

Tears stream down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I...

"You really are a troublesome patient, Mugiwara-ya," remarked Law as he sat on a chair by the bedside, taking the unconscious man's hand into his. "Wake up."

Tears stream down your face
I promise you I will learn from my mistakes
Tears stream down your face
And I...

Only the sound of respiratory support machine and heart monitor going on according to the comatose man's weak heartbeat that filled the room as Law waited for a response. There was none. He let Luffy's hand go for a second to press the tone dial he took out from his pocket, placing it on the bedside table to play before having his hand wrapped around the strawhat captain's again.

"I bought this amazing thing in a black market a while ago... It plays my favourite song. Can you hear it, Mugiwara-ya?"

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you

A/N : As per usual, I'm just sharing good music around here. The song/lyrics are not mine. It wasn't really that depressing, was it? Thanks for reading! :)
