The night air was chilly, but he was used to it. Closing his eyes and letting out a low sigh, he sat down on the snow-covered hill. Feeling as if his heart was being crushed in his chest he looked up at the sky; the stars were so bright, but that was not the reason why he loved them. He loved the stars because they reminded him of her eyes, they reminded him of their conversations at the border, and they reminded him of her presence. He loved the stars because she loved them.

The simple memory of her made his heart tighten up, but it was not as if he could simply push her away from his thoughts. Milori was alone that night. For the first time since they first met, all those seasons ago. He'd accepted Clarion's rule that forbid all fairies to cross the border, where spring touches winter, from that day on.
He'd accepted it because he did not want any other fairy to go through what he was going. To break a wing. There was no cure for that and he knew he never again would be able to fly. Of course he was devastated by that, but he'd rather break both his wings than to withstand the pain of losing Clarion. The pain he was feeling right now.

But the expression on her face when she realized what happened to him, the despair in her voice, her eyes were haunting him. He held her in his arms as they said goodbye. She was crying like a baby and repeating 'I'm so sorry, please, forgive me.' Over and over, no matter how many times he said she was not to blame.
'I love you Milori, above all other things, I love you.' She told him before turning around and flying away.

'I love you too, Clarion.' He'd said to the night air. Clarion. His Clarion. He'd never see her again now, never touch her again, or see her eyes lit up when he'd tell her something she didn't know about Winter, or when she'd find out something new about him.

Milori let a single tear fall down his left cheek. He could feel the memories coming and did no effort to try and stop them, instead, he closed his eyes and started remembering how he felt the first time he saw her near the border. One day at sunset…

Hey! So, I know this might sound REALLY childish for a girl my age, I mean Tinker Bell! But, anyways, I have two baby sisters and they happen to LOVE Tinker Bell and they've been watching Secret Of The Wings EVERYDAY for the past two or three weeks. Anyway, I sat with them to watch it the other day and Milori and Clarion's story caught my attention. Honestly I loved it and I felt like I should try and write something about them. It might end up being shitty, but I'll try... You guys who usually read my stuff tell me what you think. This first chap. might suck a little bit, but I didn't really know how to start!
So, tell what you think! My idea is to go through their meeting and falling in love, till he breaks his wing and she declares that fairies are not supposed to cross the border anymore. Anyway, let me know!
Love, Cami.
