George watched on in horror as Harry grinned sweetly at Professor Snape. The older man scowled and crossed his arms in front of his chest. That was when Harry beamed him with a snowball. Fred gasped and both twins took a couple steps backwards.

Ron looked up with a scowl on his face as Fred bumped into him rather rudely. "Watch where you're going!" George rolled his eyes at the same time his twin did.

"I didn't mean too, it's just-"

"We looked over there." Concluded Fred, who pointed over at Snape and Harry. The pair were still throwing snowballs at each other, but steadily getting closer. Ron's eyes bugged out of his skull when Snape lunged forward and grabbed the Boy Who Lived by the hips.

Snape pulled them closer so their respective bodies were nestled together perfectly. Ron began to choke in indignation when Harry looked up at his professor and winked impishly. Severus grinned widely, showing off his slightly yellowed teeth, before Harry grabbed hold of the sides of his face and smashed his lips against his.

"T-T-Th-They're." Ron stuttered incomprehensively (Though Fred and George seemed to understand as they shared a look of pure mischief with each other). "EEW!"

Hermione had, at some point, come up behind him, Remus Lupin along with her. She watched in interest as Snape pulled Harry tighter against him and the younger man made a circular motion with his hips, rubbing against Snape. Ron cringed and turned away from the couple as if he were in pain.

"Hmm." Lupin made a humming sound in his throat, and Hermione smiled up at him. The werewolf grinned happily back before blushing slightly and looking away. Hermione looked at him in confusion.

Ron rubbed at his forehead as if he had a headache. "Merlin's beard, they're practically going at it right there!" He cried out, trying not to run back into the castle to kill himself. "That's horrible! He's a minor and-" The second to youngest Weasley paused and looked in frustration at Hermione.

"Well, aren't you going to say something?!"

Hermione's face flushed a deep pink, spreading down her neck until he saw her hands were red as well. "Er. Not exactly. I understand them, actually."

The four other men gathered with her stared at her in surprise. Remus began to lose his composure slightly and Fred snickered. It was becoming glaringly obvious that Professor Lupin was in love with Hermione Granger. George could also tell that if she told him who it was he would have to work hard to refrain from marching up to the other person and hurting him seriously.

"You like someone older than you?" Ron practically yelled out.

Hermione's blush got darker if that were at all possible. Remus bristled in defense of her and snapped, "That's quite alright if she is, Mr. Weasley. She can like whomever she wishes to." His voice was cold and a couple of the others shivered. Hermione grinned widely and looked up at him again.

"Thank you, Remus!"

Lupin grinned in pleasure. George shook his head, still disbelieving as he looked back over at Snape and Harry. He slapped his forehead, and Fred groaned sadly. The others looked at them in concern.

"What is it, guys?" Hermione asked anxiously. Remus' eyes softened in compassion.

"Nothing. It's just that we've-"

"Just realized, that if the teachers are-" Fred continued, still cringing.

"Getting some, then." George began to conclude.

"We're never going to get laid!" They finished together.

And salt was added to the wound, because Filius Flitwick and Minerva McGonagall strolled past hand in hand, at that exact moment.
