Just something I wrote yesterday at four in the morning.

Once upon a time there was a lion that fell in love with a lamb.

The lion came across the lamb in a clearing one day.

The lamb was his prey, and he her predator.

But the mighty majestic lion had become enthralled with the simple fearless little lamb that did not run at the sight of him.

Him, who mercilessly killed little unsuspecting lambs all the time.

And she, the simple, fearless little lamb could not bring herself to run away from the lion, her predator, her death, when he never once raised his deadly claws to her.

A love born of enthrallment, at something they never before came across plagued them both.

The lion was outcasted for loving the lamb. To forever spend his days protecting her from his kind.

And the lamb was forever at his side, giving up her life for the lion she loved.

They stayed there in the clearing they met just being with one another 'til the end of their days.

And it's rumored, from lion to lion and lamb to lamb, that if you're willing to sacrifice everything for a love like no other that you need not but go to that same clearing and wait.

And so the lion fell in love with the lamb.

And the lamb fell in love with the lion.

And together they lived happily ever after.

The End.
