(A/N: Um….please don't shoot me! I've been without a computer with Word for months and had no way of updating. Heck, I couldn't even open my chapters that I'd already began typing! I can promise that I'll definitely be more frequent in my updating from now on. Thanks for sticking with me! I don't own Harry Potter, Glee, Rocky Horror, or anything other than the plot. Enjoy!)

Chapter 5: Oops!

In that moment, Harry realized that he had completely forgotten to tell Ron and Hermione that he had moved. And that Kurt was looking at him with a raised brow, no doubt at the deer-caught-in-the-headlights look he had on his face. Also, that Ron had stopped him from potentially getting his first kiss with Kurt. Plus, they were still in front of the entire glee club and Mr. Schue.

Whilst he had been realizing all those things, Hermione had obviously made her way to the choir room.

He could tell because she said, "Ronald! Can't you see that you just ruined a moment?! Honestly! We can go back and wait at Remus and Sirius' place, where I'm sure that Harry will have a perfectly reasonable explanation of how he could have forgotten to tell us that he was moving to another country."

He turned to face her, with a guilty expression and was met with a flash. She had snapped a photo of him in the embarrassing outfit with her phone.

She primly continued, "We can show this picture to Remus and Sirius, as I'm sure the story behind this will keep all four of us entertained until our dear Harry returns."

His currently very terrifying best friend then dragged a now smiling Ron away with her.

This seemed to break everyone out of their collective shocked states.

Mr. Schue asked, "Um, Harry? Who were your friends?"

Harry looked at a once again put-out Kurt, sighed, and then replied, "Those were my best friends from my old boarding school, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. I… may have forgotten to tell them I was moving here."

Artie asked the understandable follow-up question, "How do you forget to tell your friends that you're moving to a different country?"

Harry scratched the back of his head sheepishly, "I guess I was so used to them living in the same place that I did, that it never occurred to me that they didn't know. I'm not the most socially aware person, as many of you may have noticed."

At their sounds of acquiescence to that statement and much rolling of their eyes; Harry twitched a bit, a little peeved.

"If that's all, I'd like to talk to Kurt privately. We were having a moment before my infamous bipolar luck decided to kick in." Harry said with just a hint of frustration.

He then turned to Kurt and offered his arm, keen on trying to salvage the earlier mood. Kurt took it, amusement now dancing in his enigmatic eyes.

Harry led Kurt to an empty classroom and asked, "Now, where were we?"

Kurt blushed and said, "I was kind of curious about that myself. I mean, what made you suddenly serenade me with HSM? Very few people know about my secret love of that movie."

Harry was now blushing as well. "Well, a few people helped me realize that I've had a rather large crush on you for a while now. I enlisted Mercedes' help with the song choice, as I figured that this would be the best way to express how I felt without making an arse of myself like I normally seem to do."

Kurt was now beaming along with that adorable blush that was adorning his face. "Gaga, Harry! I don't know what to say, which is rare for me because I never usually stop talking. I usually just go on and on until someone cuts me off-"

Harry smiled slightly as he did just as Kurt described and asked, "Kurt, would you do me the honor of going out with me this coming Friday?"

Kurt was suddenly hugging him very tightly and exclaiming, "Yes!"

Harry thought his face might split at the force of the smile that unfurled on his face; he leaned in to get that kiss that was halted by a tactless ginger when Kurt stepped back with a mischievous and haughty smirk on his face.

"You're not getting off that easily, Harry. I admit that I was caught up in the romance of the song, but I always wanted my first kiss to be after my first date; and Kurt Hummel doesn't settle." Kurt stated, eyes glimmering in amusement.

Harry may or may not have been pouting for a moment before he composed himself. "Of course. I never want to rush you or make you settle for anything less than what you deserve; which is the absolute best of everything. I am sorry to say that you'll have to settle for me, when you're obviously way out of my league-"

This time Kurt cut off the nervous babbling, "Now hold on there, who said I was settling for you? Half the school has been swooning just when you speak with that adorable accent. The other portion is ogling your fine self and are pretending that they aren't. Nope, I think I'm getting the better end of this deal."

Harry just shook his head with a smile, knowing they'd probably never agree on this matter, and changed the subject, "So, I'll pick you up at 6?"

Kurt smiled and said, "Sure."

Harry then remembered that he had left Hermione to show Sirius and Remus prime material to tease him for a solid amount of months; then hurriedly said, "Sorry, but I really have to go! Hermione's evil when she's hacked off at someone and right now that someone is me. I'll text you later if I'm still alive!"

Harry then hugged Kurt and ran to his motorbike, hoping that Hermione hadn't shown Sirius and Remus the actually movie character he was dressed as.

Kurt's musical laughter followed him on his way out of the building.

As Harry approached the house, he heard the unmistakable sound of his guardians' laughter and he sped up a little.

He went straight to the living room and was met with the sight of Hermione smirking, Ron watching a clip of HSM, and Remus and Sirius turning to look at him at the same time with the same glint in their eyes that the twins got when they were about to tease the ever-loving-hell out of Ron.

"So Harry, did you finally 'get your head in the game?'" Sirius asked, smirking.

Remus chimed in, "Do tell us; is it 'the start of something new?' Because you appear to be both 'soaring' and 'flying.'"

Hermione was snickering at that point. "You mean like 'there's not a star in heaven that he can't reach?'"

Harry flushed, groaned, and then looked around the room for blunt objects to slam his head on.

"'Well if he's trying…'" Sirius continued.

"I do believe that he's going to attempt 'breaking free' if we don't halt with the lyric puns for a moment." Remus commented dryly, pulling Harry back from the wall he had chosen to start slamming his head into.

Hermione tapped Ron on the shoulder to get him to pause the movie and then turned towards Harry with her 'scary 'Mione smile' and sweetly replied, "Sure, we can instead listen to Harry's reason for not telling us that he was moving across the Atlantic."

Harry smiled sheepishly and tried to figure out how to phrase this where Hermione wouldn't make him a eunuch. "Er….well….. I moved because I was tired of being hounded by the press and didn't want to be in the same country as that bastard. It honestly never occurred to me that neither of you knew; because I was used to both of you just knowing what I know…. Y'know, like during the War, training, and at Hogwarts. Then we move here and I got caught up in unpacking, getting caught up on Muggle schooling, and joining the school's glee club. I'm so bloody sorry, you two! You know how oblivious I can be!"

Hermione raised a brow and Ron's brows knitted together.

"Mate, you could have owled us. We thought that someone had abducted you, Sirius, and Remus or that you'd been attacked by another dark lord!" Ron exclaimed.

Harry raised a brow, "Now, I know that I have shite luck…. But don't you think that you would have seen some sort of struggle at Grimmauld if something had happened to us?"

Hermione glared, "That's not the point, Harry! You didn't tell us that you were moving, where you were moving to, or anything really! If you had explained, we would have understood. Instead, we go to your house after not hearing from you for a week and there's nothing there! We then searched everywhere we could think of in an attempt to find you! It was only when Ron suggested that we tried apparating to your house that we got here!"

Harry came to class once again with a comically large espresso, but this time he had a grin on his face.

He sat down next to Kurt and said, "Hey, Kurt! Sorry I didn't text last night; but Hermione lectured me for hours and then proceeded to grill me for details on us. Ron also guilted me into playing chess against him during all of this. I didn't go to bed until about 4 this morning."

Kurt looked at him with a raised brow. "And you couldn't send a text during that?"

He rubbed the back of his head. "Hermione confiscated my phone so that I couldn't ignore her and Ron."

Kurt started looking amused. "And you just let her?"

Harry knew he had a haunted look on his face when he replied, "Yes, I quite value my limbs being intact."

Kurt laughed, but looked slightly worried at Harry's answer.

Harry huffed out a sigh. "Mione's one of the best friends a guy could ask for, but she's damn scary when she wants to be."

"No." Harry stated firmly, glaring at .

"But Harry-" pleaded the vest-loving teacher.

"Just because I'm British, gay, and have black hair does NOT mean that I want to prance around in lingerie and make up! I'm a fairly modest person, in case you haven't noticed. Also, I'm not even close to being a transvestite!" Harry wasn't going to budge on this for many reasons: his scars, his dignity, and Sirius and Remus had enough teasing fodder on him as it is.

turned towards Kurt who was sitting next to him.

"No. As Harry was saying, gay does not equal transvestite." Kurt stated.

"I'll do it." Mike volunteered.

Tina's eyes glazed over a bit and Harry had to snicker.

As Harry read the script, he found himself in the odd position of agreeing with Coach Sylvester. This play was inappropriate and would be highly embarrassing to be in. Hearing a knock on his door, he set it down and said, "Come in."

Hermione came in and of course, immediately spotted the script. "Does your teacher really think that a high-school production of Rocky Horror is a good idea?"

Harry sighed. "Apparently. And it's mandatory for glee members to be a part of it. I think this is going to be as much of a disaster as Britney Spears week. But it should be fun anyway. Maybe."

Hermione smiled wickedly, "And it will give us the chance to meet Kurt."

"You mean intimidate the bloody hell out of the boy who thinks he's worthy of Harry." Ron quipped as he walked into Harry's room.

Harry and Hermione both levelled Ron a Look. He raised his hands in surrender. "Or, err…. It will give us a chance to get to know each other?"

Hermione sniffed, "That's better. See, I told you he could be trained, Harry."

Harry grinned and Ron squawked in protest.

It was nice having his friends here.

As Harry expected, the play was cancelled. They still performed it on Thursday, but only for themselves. (and Hermione and Ron, who couldn't be convinced not to come)

After bowing to his two applauding and sniggering friends, Harry grabbed Kurt to introduce him to them.

"Kurt, these are my first and best friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. 'Mione, Ron, this is Kurt Hummel." Harry introduced, feeling highly nervous of what his friends would do.

"Nice to meet you Kurt! I'm sure we'll get to know each other better now that we know where to contact Harry at." Hermione smiled holding out her hand politely.

Kurt took it, "It's nice to meet you, too. It'll be good to get to know someone who's so important to Harry."

Ron cleared his throat, "I'm sure we can end up the best of mates, but you need to understand something: Harry is an honorary Weasley. I have five older brothers and myself whom care for him deeply. But we're not the ones to look out for. Our younger sister Ginny and Mum will murder anyone who even thinks of hurt their 'Harry dear.' So consider yourself warned."

Kurt paled, "Noted."

Harry glared at Ron and punched him in the shoulder. "Git. Kurt, the Weasleys are really nice and they'll care for you as much as I already do."

As Harry continued to smack Ron and threaten him with all sorts of pranks, he didn't notice the awestruck grin on Kurt's face.

(A/N: I'm saving the first date for the next chapter so that I can do it justice. Again, I'm sorry for the wait for this chapter. Please let me know what ya'll think! Ciao!)
