ok this is set in the modern au where like erwin hanji levi and dicksquad all live in some big ass house. its the coolest shit ever

"Ugh, this is filthy…" Levi muttered to himself, inspecting the shelves in the living room. "Hey, you two," he gestured to his two friends, Auruo and Petra, "would you mind dusting while I'm out? The shelves are disgusting." They looked at each other and shrugged.

"We might as well," Petra said.

Levi nodded and picked up his bag and walked out the door. Auruo went over to the cabinet to grab a can of oust and a feather duster. Petra was surprised.

"You're going to clean?" she asked. He looked back at her and gave a look of confusion.

"Well, yeah, I want to get this over with as soon as possible. Could you imagine him coming home earlier than expected and finding out we did nothing?" his face changed to that of a frightened child at the thought.

Petra rested her hand on the table. "That would be pretty scary, but I'm not forgetful like you, so it's not like we would have done nothing…"

Auruo shook his head. "Anyway, I am going to dust the shelves whether you think it's a good idea or not." he walked toward the shelves and started taking things off of it. Petra decided that she would help, and began working on the second shelf in the living room.

"I bet I can dust better than you can, anyway." she heard him say under his breath. She shot a glare at him.

"What was that?" she asked. He turned to face her with a poorly hidden smirk. "I-I said that I could probably dust better than you."

Petra narrowed her eyes, but couldn't help smirking back at him. "Is that a challenge?" she asked.

Auruo stared at her for a few seconds before answering, "Yeah, guess it is."

They moved a lot faster now, trying to set the objects on the shelves down without accidentally breaking anything. Soon they began actually dusting them, and trying to make it look like they weren't watching the other. They soon finished, put the objects back on the shelves, and sat down.

Petra looked over at him. "You know," she said, leaning back on her hands, "You did better than I thought you would have." Auruo looked over at her and laughed. "Yeah, I know I did."
