There was this story I read where Harry goes back in time and adopts (?) Severus. I only remember a few things about it -

1. Harry tells Lily to break up with Snape and maybe get together with James (?)

2. Older Harry dies when child Harry is born.

3. Older Harry has a magical portrait in Severus' home but doesn't answer any questions

4. I don't think it is Rewriting History by Tiro

Please, help me find it!
