So I'm trying to find this story I read a while ago I can't remember much for the life of me.. and i may be describing two different stories rather than just one.. any insight would be helpful

Basically i remember specifically one scene when harry needs to go up to a tower, sirius and snape are involved.. they fly away on buckbeak.. i think dumbledore promised harry he would fly again because voldemort was making him weak so he couldnt.. there are a lot of polyjuiced 'harrys' flying around them.. then this part may be a different story but i think that he gets killed by voldemort but snape had made a potion to bring him back to life.
