LovelyLys Serenity walked down the dirty road, her feet dragging. She was tired of walking. She was hungry, and mostly she just wanted to sleep. Just collapse on the ground and sleep her life away. Not like anyone would care to notice She thought grumpy. Serenity raised her blue eyes from the gravel just in time to see large tree at the top of a hill. Perfect. The tree would be perfect shade for her to rest under. After all after two days of none stop walking she deserved a bit of rest didn't she? Serenity made her way to the top of the hill and just fell under the tree. She didn't bother to look around her to see if she could make out where she was, or if there was civilization anywhere near by. She just fell. She was asleep instantly. Her small tattered backpack had fallen from her arm when she fell, leaving it by her side. Her blue hair had come loose from its pony tale hours ago, making a mess of hair around her like a blue cloud. In a way, Serenity was stunning. Though now, she was dirty and in need of a long warm shower, her skin still had a certain glow to it. Her lips perfectly shaped, her eyes like big ovals, perfectly sized, and when open, the window of kindness and love. Such a blue sea in her eyes. Her petite body splayed on the ground looked so delicate. Long, lean legs hidden under her ribbed blue jeans. thin soft arms covered by her soft tearing green sweater. Slender hips and a small stomach. Her chest was a rather large size, not that anyone ever seemed to notice. Whenever someone looked at her, all they saw was the disaster she brought along with her. The murder. Her blue eyes, though genital, held pain and suffering. Death and blood, though not by her own hands. But by her presence. Her chest rose and fell softly as she slept, unaware of anything around her at this point. -Ser 1/23/2013 #1 |
VidiaPhoenix Shayera came out from behind a tree and was shocked to see a blue haired teenager sleeping under another tree. Her hand went for the sickle strapped at the side of her waist. She hesitated. Who was this girl? Was she friend or foe? She could be a monster, except- Shayera has never seen a monster sleeping out in plain sight. It could be a mortal. A really lost mortal with blue hair. Shayera didn't know if she should wake her up or not. 3/6/2013 #2 |
LovelyLys Serenity continued to sleep, her mind lost in senseless dreams. Her pink lips parted, as she breathed through her mouth. She utterly oblivious the the girl watching her. Dangerous for a demi-god. Her chest continued to rise and falling in a steady tempo, her shirt bunching up around her stomach from laying in the grass. 3/7/2013 #3 |
VidiaPhoenix Being the idiot that she is, Shayera began to tap the girl on the head with the handle of her sickle. "Um... hello?" 3/7/2013 #4 |
LovelyLys Serenity groaned, and turned her head slightly, her eyes squeezing tightly. She let out a sigh, and opened her sparkling blue eyes. Upon seeing the girl staring above her, she jumped up with a yelp. "Uhm, hi?" 3/7/2013 #5 |
VidiaPhoenix "Who are you?," Shayera asked, pointing her sickle at the blue haired girl looking like she wasn't going to lower it anytime soon. 3/7/2013 #6 |
LovelyLys She raised her eyebrows at her. "Uhm, no one who's going to try and fight you." She eyeballed the weapon before her. "My name is Serenity Caine." She stood slowly, dusting off her clothes, and shaking out her long hair. "And you?" 3/7/2013 #7 |
VidiaPhoenix She lowered her weapon a bit. She replied, "Shayera Jones." Then not knowing if the girl was mortal or not, Shayera took the safest excuse for being out there. "I'm out ah... hiking." Yep... she was officailly the worst at lying ever. 3/7/2013 #8 |
LovelyLys Sure you were. She thought to herself, but she made no vocal comment. "I see." She stratched the back of her head and looked around, trying to find the place she'd previously been searching for before she'd passed out. She had guessed that the girl was wary of her species, but didn't really realive her of her questions. She knew she would figure it out. How many people had blue hair? Now a days.. Everyone. When I was litte; no one. Of course. She restrained herself from rolling her eyes. "You wouldn't happen to know if there is a camp near by, would you?" She looked at the ground a moment and smiled as she found her bag, and picked it up, slinging it onto her shoulder. 3/7/2013 #9 |
VidiaPhoenix Shayera pursed her lips, suspecting that that blue haired girl was asking about it. She said, "That depends on the camp you want to go to." 3/7/2013 #10 |
LovelyLys "So it's around here then." She smiled sweetly. "Thank you." She left her question unanswered, and made her way down the hill, in the oppisite direction she remembered arriving from. She glanced over her shoulder and called to the girl. "We both know what the other is, so let's not bother on the wonderment and confusion shall we?" She smiled dazzlingly, and continued walking, pushing her hair from her face. 3/7/2013 #11 |
VidiaPhoenix "Right... so you're a half-blood," Shayera confirmed. Just recently she had learned about this whole gods and moving west thing. But the word half-blood still felt odd coming out of her mouth. 3/7/2013 #12 |
LovelyLys She nodded, but did not look back. "That I am." She stopped for a moment and looked around. "But by the sounds of your voice you've just recently discovered all of this." She looked at Shayera. "I've always known something was wrong with me. Always. But It's just within that past month or so that I've known the rest. The reason to my inability to be normal." 3/7/2013 #13 |
VidiaPhoenix "Yeah, I had a lot of strange occurrences too. I just found out less than a month ago what it was all about though," Shayera explained, starting to follow the blue haired girl to wherever she she going. That was better than standing alone in the Forrest. 3/7/2013 #14 |
LovelyLys "The life of the inhuman I suppose." She mummbled, getting frustraited that she couldn't find the camp. "My mother always hinted at it, but never mentioned it fully for the sake of my adoptive father." 3/7/2013 #15 |
VidiaPhoenix "My dad didn't mention it at all. E actually did the opposite. He talked about Egyption gods not Greek. I know think he did that to purposely not think of my mom, whatever stupid goddess she may be." 3/7/2013 #16 |
LovelyLys Serenity nodded, understanding what she meant. "So you haven't been claimed yet?" She asked. Before she answered, she continued. "Techniqly, I haven't been either... But I don't find it to hard to guess." She played with a strand of her hair. 3/7/2013 #17 |
VidiaPhoenix "What's yours?," she asked, slightly envious. She wished she had an idea about who her parent was. Her mom only made occasional conversions inside her head to "help" her reach camp. 3/7/2013 #18 |
LovelyLys She let her hair loose, and it fell back down like a feather. "Well, my best guess is Posiedon. I mean I could be wrong... but, I have blue hair... and one of the only places I can concentraite on any sort of hobbie I have, or personal project, is near a source of free water. I mean, yeah, it could just be chance... but I doubt it." She sighed and her eyes roamed once more, seriously wanting to find it. 3/7/2013 #19 |
VidiaPhoenix Seeing that she seemed upset, Shayera tried to reassure her. "Don't worry. I bet he'll claim you soon whether he's Poseidon or not." 3/7/2013 #20 |
LovelyLys She smiled softly. "Thank you. Same for you." She adjusted her bag on her shoulder and glanced around the area once more. "Do you know where the camp is? Cause I know I am in desperate need of a shower." She blushed softly, knowing very well she looked like pigs had trampled over her body. 3/8/2013 #21 |
VidiaPhoenix Shayera gave her a sheepish smile. "Sorry, can't say that I do. But I have a general idea. I think it's somewhere in Long Island, New York." She remained quiet for a while. Then Shayera said, "Since we're both going to camp, can I... tag along?" 3/8/2013 #22 |
LovelyLys Serenity sighed. "That's not to far from here I don't believe..." She looked around again, before facing her. "What did you think I was going to do?" SHe asked. "Just leave you behind? That would be cruel!" SHe shook her head. "Of course you're coming with me!" 3/9/2013 #23 |
VidiaPhoenix Relief covered her face. Shayera strapped her sickle back at her side. "Thank-you." 3/9/2013 #24 |
LovelyLys "Of course." She smiled softly, and turned on her heel, her hair flipping behind her. "Despite what some people may say, I'm not a cruel person." She added, jsut loud enough for her to hear her, before sighing. "We should go now though. Wasting daylight, and I know for a fact it gets cold at night." 3/28/2013 #25 |
VidiaPhoenix "Alright then," Shayera said. "To Camp Half-Blood." 3/28/2013 #26 |
