Forums Sick Sad World Characters that deserve more attention

Some promising characters, once introduced to the show, are immediately forgotten.

For example,Ted DeWitt-Clinton. The combination of book knowledge and naivette could be an excellent contrast with Daria's sarcasm. But all he got is a few non-speaking cameos. The same could be said about Luhrman (he sat with Daria during Erin's wedding). I can add a few more examples.

Who do you think can use some development?
