The Dagger Ixur Dagan "W-wait!" a voice called out to her before she could take another step. Dagan almost covered his mouth when he shouted since he hadn't planned to out himself so early. But when he saw her walking towards the water, he had thought the worst and had to stop her. He had seen her slip through the shadows, as he could see in the night as clear as day. And for some reason, he had followed her. He didn't know why but she looked so frightened like he was and...it was stupid, but maybe he thought they could talk. Getting a better look at her, he could see she was as out of place as he felt with her clothing. And that she was having an anxiety attack. He wracked his brain, trying to remember on what to do when someone was having one. "I..uh...I'm Dagan. Are you okay?" he asked, leaning against the tree that was on the edges of forest floor that met the sandy shore. His leg was starting to get numb, making walking easier but he knew that wasn't a good sign. But he couldn't just leave her alone when she clearly needed someone. Hopefully, she doesn't behead him or something because it looked like it was something she could easily do. Aricles But before Sunny could even run out of the tent, an arm stretch across her path and picked her up before she fell back. Said arms placed her back on the ground safely, and could see they belonged to the head of the Ares Cabin, Ari. "Sun, what's going on?" the older camper asked, taking a moment to look over her to assess the tent inside and see if there's anything amiss or one of the resurrected needing some encouragement to sit the fuck back down. It was clear Ari wasn't in the mood for any time of shit with the dark circles under his eyes, and the noticeable tick on his temple. There was only two things that made him that annoyed. Fleurette and anything that isn't going his way. "Why are you panicking? Did someone escape?" the boy inquired further but before Sunny could answer, another camper came running into the tent, panting heavily. "Ari! The Romans have landed and are unboarding as we speak!" the son of Apollo gasped out, and making the other curse under his breath. He had forgotten they were arriving today, of all days. He took a moment to think, and pointed at the one who delivered the news. "Take them to the dining hall, they must be hungry. If they ask where the heads are, tell them something has come up and we shall be with them shortly and that we apologize for the inconvenience. I have to deal with this right now." 9/3/2020 #31 |
