Reports suggest it was a car bomb.

To add to the previous emergency, a person dressed as a policeman started shooting in a Norwegian children's camp. 4 people were shot.

An act of terrorism is being considered as Norway got warnings from Al Qaeda despite hosting the Nobel Peace Prize and settling international conflicts.

The chief of police in Oslo made an update on the situation. 84 children in the youth camp were shot by a man dressed as a policeman with a machine pistol. The camp was organised on a small lake island by the country's leading political party and expected to house Norwegian politicians of the future. According to a survivor, the campers were trying to swim from the island or take cover behind small hills and rocks while the gunman was shooting. The survivor described the gun as a sniper rifle, but forensics disagree.

7 people are reported dead in Oslo, where the HQ of the government was heavily damaged, nearly all windows busted and documents flying in the street.

Perpetrator of the Oslo attacks and the island shootings are now believed to be the same person, and is in state custody. Possible motives include nationalism, as the perpetrator is a known member of far-right nationalist organisations, contrary to the initial suspicions of an extremist Islamist attack. CNN states that the official state press has stated that anti-multiculturalism may be the issue.

The bomb that aimed for the Prime Minister's office in Oslo was manufactured from six tons of fertilizers, which contains nitrous compounds that can be used for bomb manufacturing. The fertilizer manufacturer regrets the sale of their products to the farm manager.

Libya has stated that Norway is breeding terrorism on their soil by taking part in the NATO effort to aid the anti-government forces. Other nations has expressed condolences.

This has set the record for the single most deadliest civilian shooting spree in history, surpassing that of a South Korean incident in which a disgruntled police officer murdered 50+ people in the 1980s.

The Swedish police arrested a man for trying to split an atom in his kitchen. He claims to have been ignorant of the law and didn't know it was illegal to keep uranium and other radioactive substances in his apartment.

According to the man, he was trying to build a small nuclear reactor for months and, concerned about his own actions, sent a letter to the government. They responded by sending a police squad ASAP. If he is found guilty, he'll have up to two years in jail.

They are now appearing on the Antiques Roadshow. They appraised one for a guy a few weeks back. I forget what it went for, but the appraiser was absolutely giddy.
