![]() ![]() "This one? Probably not. I can feel when there's going to be a change in the weather, or some sort of disaster, and if I concentrate I can feel where things are from the air moving around them. But nothing that helps me avoid people, except experience," Narisa said with a small shrug. "Oh, and I can jump high." 9/15/2010 #61 |
![]() ![]() "E-experience counts! Th-though I'm not s-sure how high j-jumping would h-help h-here...But w-weather sensing c-could be helpful in th-the future, too!" Katherine said. 9/15/2010 #62 |
![]() ![]() Narisa chuckled softly. "Perhaps. For now, let's focus on getting you to the temple, kay?" 9/15/2010 #63 |
![]() ![]() Katherine nodded. "Y-y-yep...Let's g-go!" she said, though she didn't take a step forward. 9/15/2010 #64 |
![]() ![]() Narisa started off, still supporting Katherine andwatching the two males as she went. 9/15/2010 #65 |
![]() ![]() Katherine started slowly walking alongside Narisa, as both Max and Lucas could be seen entering the Snowpoint Temple. 9/15/2010 #66 |
![]() ![]() Narisa followed after them, keeping pace with Katherine. She sniffed, but the blank, sharp feel of the cold and the fact that it was a town kept that from giving her any info, beyond general human and pokemon scents and the fresh scent of Max and Lucas. She kept a lookout for any humans. 9/15/2010 #67 |
![]() ![]() Not surprisingly, most people were either in their houses, the Poke-Mart, Pokecentre or in the gym watching Pokemon battles. This left a very small amount of people outside, and they were all tourists. 9/15/2010 #68 |
![]() ![]() Narisa lowered her head and kept walking, eager to get into the shelter of the temple. 9/15/2010 #69 |
![]() ![]() Katherine kept watch of the tourists, ready to use a weak Psychic blast as a distraction if need be. Though, the tourists seemed to be more interested in the snow then anything else. 9/15/2010 #70 |
![]() ![]() Narisa hesitated briefly at the steps to the temple, looking at the building. 9/15/2010 #71 |
![]() ![]() The temple looked like some sort of large ancient ruins, except it seemed that it had no damage or ruin to it at all. Though, above the entrance was a strange clock-like symbol that looked as if it had been put there recently. Inside was a large room, with odd symbols and patterns on the walls and a sealed door at the back of the room with the same clock-like symbol on it. Also inside was Max and Lucas; Lucas currently destroying the layer of ice on the floor with Iron Tail. 9/15/2010 #72 |
![]() ![]() Narisa headed into the room, moving off to the right of the door. 9/15/2010 #73 |
![]() ![]() "...Hi Narisa and Kat! I'm almost finished destroying the ice layer on the floor...So, we actually can use this place as a shelter for a while!" Lucas said. 9/15/2010 #74 |
![]() ![]() Narisa nodded. "Good. Thank you." 9/15/2010 #75 |
![]() ![]() "You're welcome!" Lucas said, before continuing to destroy the ice. "N-now, I just n-need to get w-warm s-somehow..." Katherine muttered. Max then walked over to the sealed door and stared at it curiously. 9/15/2010 #76 |
![]() ![]() "Heh... Too bad none of us are fire-types..." Narisa said, watching Max with her head slightly cocked. 9/15/2010 #77 |
![]() ![]() Katherine sighed, as Max then rammed into the door; to check if he could break the door down. The door didn't move at all, though. "Ohh...And I really do wonder what's behind this door..." he muttered, his curiosity taking over his actions. 9/15/2010 #78 |
![]() ![]() "I'd be more curious if I thought there was anything worthwile..." Narisa said, hearing him. "As it is it's probably just more carvings." 9/15/2010 #79 |
![]() ![]() "But, the symbol on this door...It sort of looks like a clock? I don't know why, but I'm curious..." Max said. 9/15/2010 #80 |
![]() ![]() Narisa frowned, interest sparking in her eyes. "I know what a clock is... never seen one before, though." ((Last post for now. Good bye!)) 9/15/2010 . Edited 9/15/2010 #81 |
![]() ![]() (See ya!) "Well, the symbol does look like a clock...And that could mean that whatever's behind this door has something to do with time...Now I'm just making myself more curious!" Max muttered. Katherine stared at the symbol on the door silently; the symbol seeming familiar to her. 9/15/2010 #82 |
![]() ![]() Narisa frowned slightly. By now she wanted to know almost as much as Max, but for once her caution was winning out. "We might not want to open the door, though, even if we could... I'd rather not leave any evidence we were here, if no one is supposed to be allowed..." ((Oneshot.)) 9/15/2010 . Edited 9/15/2010 #83 |
![]() ![]() "Then we'll just close and seal the door again after we've had a look at what's behind the door" Max said simply. 9/15/2010 #84 |
![]() ![]() Narisa shrugged. "There goes my only argument," she said with a small smile. 9/16/2010 #85 |
![]() ![]() "...Ok then. Let's get this sealed door open!" Max said, before slamming into the door again. Again, nothing happened to the door. "...Th-that clock symbol looks f-familiar...I just c-can't remember wh-where I l-last s-saw it..." Katherine then muttered. 9/16/2010 #86 |
![]() ![]() "Hmm..." Narisa murmured, thinking. "Maybe that blimp? You said you can't remember what's happened recently...." 9/16/2010 #87 |
![]() ![]() "P-possibly...Though, I think I s-saw th-the symbol a f-few months a-ago, as w-well...I j-just can't r-remember..." Katherine said. Max then took a step back from the sealed door and started thinking. 9/16/2010 #88 |
![]() ![]() "Hmm... guess we'll find out," Narisa stated, smiling slightly when Max stepped back from slamming into the door and appeared to put more thought into it. 9/16/2010 #89 |
![]() ![]() After thinking for a few minutes, Max then attacked the door with Aqua Tail. For a few seconds, nothing happened. But suddenly, a voice that sounded like a Delcatty hybrid's voice, though it wasn't Pelon's voice, said from somewhere "Only non-legendary Pokemon can open this door!" Max sweatdropped. "...Ok then..." he muttered, before backing away from the door. 9/16/2010 #90 |
