After Romano meets Isabella, a well-known military doctor's daughter during a conference and provocatively puts her in a tough situation, he is impressed by how brilliantly she handles him. They begin to develop a deep connection, and soon Romano finds himself in a difficult situation dealing with his own emotions, and also discovering Isabella's dangerously dark secret.
